  1. If we're talking about merging two or more (but less than 101) notes in the web app, has anyone tried that lately? I can multi-select up to 100 notes and merge them as required.
  2. Again Hmmn... Agreed I have a link in note information that allows me to set the location, but it doesn't currently appear to be searchable - other than via ENEX file. The desktop/ laptop app doesn't have the same functionality. Even if I set a note's location via the mobile app, there's no read-back of that location (that I can see) after it's synced with v10.
  3. HI. What's your device OS and Evernote version? Have you recently updated from the Legacy app, or is this just a v10 update? Have you tried a complete uninstall/ power cycle / reinstall? Have you reported your issue to Support? - This forum is mainly supported by other users, like me. No inside knowledge here.
  4. Same response - contact Support; the more input they get from different users, the more chance they have to pin down the issue and fix it.
  5. I mentioned the magic keywords - you'd have to set up rules for "Any note with the keyword 'london' and a created date of greater than January 1, 2022 but less than January 1 2023" forinstance to punt things to the correct folder. Filterize doesn't actively 'manage' anything for you - it just follows rules you set up. It's greatest value for me - apart from the time saving element of just putting all my notes into one pot to get them sorted out - is that it applies my rules consistently and tirelessly. If I decide a new note needs a new tag/ notebook selection I can quickly add a rule so that all notes with similar content will get the same treatment, and as I said before - sometimes I make less than optimal choices with keywords and have to go back over old ground, but for me the net gains are worth it.
  6. Just to be confusing, my 'helper' in Win 11 is bottom right but unmovable - no obvious options to move it...
  7. Hmmn. Does that require the device location to be switched on? An app option to be ticked?
  8. Hi. Have you tried creating a table and assigning a background color there?
  9. Yep - I've also had a few tickets dealt with this year. You get a ticket number immediately and a live response some days later.
  10. Filterize doesn't move or tag wrongly, though I can certainly choose keywords that give me mixed results. Since all this is happening on recent or recently changed notes I simply look at my All Notes view and any anomalies are usually obvious. I have a 'safety' rule that if my notes contain a certain tag Filterize doesn't touch that note regardless of content, so I can correct the occasional mistake (maybe half-a-dozen in 10+ years) or assign a note myself if I need to do so. Filterize can also assign a separate incoming email address to each notebook that you have created so immediate redirects from email client to notebook are also possible.
  11. I would have thought that Pleexy support are best placed to comment on whether Evernote's RTE changes impact their service, but you could also copy the query to Evernote support in case they're able to comment. If Evernote altered their service to somehow invalidate their published API you would (IMHO) have basis for a complaint. But Evernote are allowed to change their coding to include a new feature if they decide to do so - if that affects third party services, it's up to that company to catch up. Evernote has exactly the same problem with browsers and OS updates. I use Postach.io and Filterize with my account but haven't seen any differences - yet...
  12. Not disputed, but if there's not another thread already dealing with this specific issue, then please start one to follow it up.
  13. Alternatively, check the bottom of the left panel for a 'keyboard' icon or use Ctrl+/ to see a list.
  14. Hi. Looks like you paid Evernote direct, which should mean you get access within an hour or two - but I don't understand that comment "cancel trial"; you may have had a discount to subscribe, but did it include some kind of free trial period before any payment is actually made? Have you checked your bank account to make sure the payment has been taken? If in doubt - contact Support.
  15. I think that's a design choice. Same comment though - talk to support if you want to pursue that...
  16. You might do better asking in the OneNote forums - anyone who has successfully moved on may not still be monitoring here...
  17. I use Filterize which checks each newly synced note and - based on keywords in the heading or the body of the note - assigns the appropriate tags and moves the note to the correct notebook for those keywords. I subscribe to Filterize too, but I recall there was a 30-day trial if you wanted to try that out.
  18. Hi. This is a user-supported forum, and Evernote won't blindly send out user information on the basis of a post here. As @agsteele suggested - open a billing ticket - try the 'support' link in Settings from your mobile app.
  19. Which is not the topic of this thread. That's more related to RTE conversions.
  20. Er, no, it's not. My question was: what would you use the feature for? And I got a list of 100 fantastic options that 'everyone' could use. But mostly, even when they had the opportunity, they didn't. It does occur to me here that if you simply tagged the meeting notes with a location (as in 'London'), or the What3words location, you'd get the same results... Not every day, but when I'm meeting someone or recording where a photograph was taken from it's invaluable. There's a mobile app that tells you where you are.
  21. Hi. No comment from anyone for 2 years, which doesn't auger well for your use case. If you don't mind; can you explain why you need the mapping feature and/ or how you would use it? There are a lot of new apps around that might help out , but they all tend to be rather specialised to one activity or another...
  22. If the posts here are a bit disjointed it's because I nuked one user who managed to ask questions featuring the same website in each case. He's now flagged as a spammer unless / until there's another explanation for that.
  23. Hi. If you're looking for details of payments to Evernote, see 'My Account' page https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action where you should be able to see a history. If you're looking for payments to other firms in that period, you'd need to search by date and (presumably) the name of the firm. See Search overview for more on that.
  24. Hi. This is a mainly user-supported forum - please feedback your experience directly to Evernote: https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new if you're a subscriber, or https://twitter.com/evernotehelps / the feedback option in most apps for everyone.
