  1. new to this forum but have used evernote for over 10 years. Surprised by the increase given the bugs, the inability of tech support to address and the deteriorating quality. I contacted support for excessive lag time in creating new notes, updating tags, or moving notes. I have shared logs and note URLs. Been close to two weeks. No response, taking more time to create notes. I have no problem paying for a service, but the service has to be reliable and the vendor has to be responsive when there are issues. It does not seem that evernote cares about customers or resolving issues.
  2. Have had the same issues. Switched to Things for rask management. Have used Evernote for 10 or so years. Seriously thinking of switching to One Note. Ever ate has lost their way and does not have the capacity or the concern to address the issues they have created. Waiting 35 - 45 seconds to create a new note or move a note to a new notebook is not acceptable. Evernote was the gold standard and a great support to a demanding professional life. Right now reliability is about 40%. I am hopeful a staff member sees this post and cares enough to make a difference.
  3. I have version 10.58.8 for Mac OS. Still having significant lag when opening a new note. Took over 1M 10S to open a new note. Notes are not appearing when I search on my iPhone but are appearing when I search on laptop. Tasks are not syncing across the platform. Once I check them off, they are reappearing. Just tried to move a note with some text and a small PDF file attached from one notebook to another and took close to 30 seconds to move.
  4. New version of Evernote is terrible. 45 seconds to add a small PDF to a note and change a tag on note info. Constantly lagging. Been a user for many years and now looking for alternatives. Timeframe for solution? Revert to previous version? Super frustrated and disappointed. Fees go up but quality and performance go down.
  5. Right, that is what I do now. The challenge is the need to then manually quantify time on tasks / time on tags / time on projects. Ideally, there could be a reporting feature that would breakdown the time spent on tags / tasks in the monthly report that Evernote generates.
  6. Is it possible to create a feature that would allow one to enter the time spent on a task / project / note as part of the Note Info section. Ideally, if the time is recorded one could run reports to track time spent on different tasks or tags as a means of assessing productivity / focus of work. If this feature is already available would appreciate some direction.
