  5. Have you logged out and back in? Powered your device off and on again? Try Evernote.com for any recent latest versions, and if things still don't work for you, contact Support - but be prepared for a wait...

I get the "I'm enjoying the comfort of a Rolls Royce but I don't go out much, so I think you should offer a 'not driving' subscription for ownership that is much cheaper than actually buying the complete luxury car..." - but seriously? You have access to any content you saved to this point, but if you wish to go further - pay a subscription, or find an alternative.

  8. Hi. All due respect, but we're all other users here, and I don't fancy spending the next hour writing a detailed analysis for you whilst also trialing features that I don't normally use. Why don't you install the latest version and try it again yourself? I get that v10 will uninstall Legacy, but there are copies of the 6.25.3 installer available online if you need them. A search of these forums might also show some links. Just as background - Legacy will stop working at some point soon as v10 develops into incompatibility with its formats, or your OS or browser stops being compatible with old 32-bit code. It's "inadvisable" to use both versions at the same time, though it is feasible to spend an hour on one, then log out and -after a break for syncing - spend an hour on the other. They are increasingly incompatible. Some operations will be very difficult in the new version, but polite requests here for assistance are always welcome.
  9. Hi. I appreciate you're upset, but please stop ranting - there was no price increase at all for 5-6 years, so inflation is a big part of the increase. And every subscription I pay works on the same basis that they warn everyone of price increases before they happen, individuals a month before payment is due, and if you missed both those and object to the payment within a reasonably short period of the charge they will give you a refund. So please wait for your Support query to be answered.

Plus we are actually giving you good advice. If you don't want to hear it, that's fine. We can stop replying. Evernote cannot and would not play games with your Gmail accounts. You are the only person entitled - by Google - to do that. If there's a problem, please take it up with Google. If you have a problem with your Google log-in, you should also have a user name - usually your email address - plus a password you chose for Evernote. You may be able to get this via the 'lost password' link I mentioned. The link I sent you contains this bit: What if I forget my password? If you forget your Google password: Request a password reset from Google If you forget your Evernote password: Request a password reset from Evernote Note: If you've never set up an Evernote password, set one up by requesting a password reset here. ...and I did offer to flag your ticket number for a Forum Admin (an Evernote employee) if it had been a while since you submitted it. I don't know whether it will help, but the offer is still there...
  12. OK - there are other threads here about that. v10 Clipper no longer has a specific 'gmail' option, but there is a special Gmail Clipper which you can access via the Gmail 'Marletplace'*. It remains possible to use the standard clipper options, forward emails to your Evernote email address, set up a rule to forward some mails automatically, or BCC your own Evernote email address when replying to an incoming mail. * look for the '+' in the right Gmail menu bar. In Marketplace, search for Evernote & install.   13. If they're going to be searchable at any level, they need to be OCR'd. If you're happy for the notes not to be searchable, then any of the options I mentioned (apart from paper and pen) will have settings you can opt out of full processing.

As you've already been told, Support are the only source of help on login issues and they are busy; if you followed the link you were given at the time you should be due a reply by now. The 'forgot password' option on the home page may work in this sort of case.   15. Hi. Most users don't seem to see Evernote's 'Sketch' notes as a viable handwriting option. Penultimate is still an Evernote app available for iPad, but has not been updated for over a year. The 'best' way to capture and OCR handwriting may depend on your personal usage - would us prefer to use paper and scan the results? A smart pen or pad? A separate mobile app syncing back to Evernote?   16. We're mainly users here, so no idea what idea what Evernote might contemplate. They do offer some substantial 1-year discounts to encourage people to subscribe, but until you get your invitation you won't know whether you'll have that offer. I pay for professional which costs me about the same as a couple of coffees per week. I think Evernote is worth that expense. If you disagree, you may need to look at alternative options...
  17. Hi. You can't 'save' an item by clicking the green check mark. Everything syncs back to Evernote's servers automatically. Have you tried searching for the content you saved?

  22. Hi. I also use Win 11 on a Dell desktop and syncing is more or less immediate with the new 'real time' process. If necessary moving from one note to another and back should update any changes. What are you seeing?
  23. See my comments about the different note coding - I think translating the content back to Legacy code may be what's causing your URLs to change. I'd suggest "sacrificing" one Mac to v10 and trying the shares from there. It may not be necessary (or possible) to fix the database on the original device - it's just out of date.
