  1. 1. I never suggested that Evernote is playing games with my Google account. Never. The only reason that is in play is because of PinkElephant's comment. 2. I cannot get this issue addressed via the "lost password link." I tried. 3. This is not a password issue. It is a Username issue. None of the information regarding a password reset is germane. It's like we're speaking different languages, but that's OK -- I don't want to do this anymore. I get that you guys are users, too, so I'll close the thread. Thanks.
  2. Yes, it has everything to do with EN. I need tech support to change the Google email associated with my Evernote account. It's that simple. I have read that this is something that can be done with a ticket to the support staff. Unfortunately, on my first post to support, I received no response in 3 weeks. So, I have decided to post to this forum -- Evernote Technical Teams -- in the hopes someone who can help will see it -- as is my right, no matter how much you believe it has nothing to do with EN. Your link does not deal with the case of a Google email becoming unaccessible. It would be great to have a verification email sent to my Google email to clear this matter up, but since my email is not accessible, this is not a solution that will work in this case. You should have read it closer. If, at anytime, a user can for whatever reason not access his/her Evernote data, including a corrupt login credential or a corrupt password credential, it is an Evernote support issue. If you choose to use a Gmail account to access Evernote, and the Gmail account needs correction, it is an Evernote support issue. "If you can't access your Gmail account, this has nothing to do with EN." ...You got balls...
  3. "if you followed the link you were given at the time you should be due a reply by now." Exactly. I did follow the link and I have not received a reply, so I submitted again. "This help page deals with Google log-in issues... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/230436427" There is nothing on this page that deals with a lost access to Gmail account issue, when using Gmail to login to Evernote.
  4. I submitted this to General Discussion, but they all assumed this was a lost password issue. It is not. I am a user of several years with Evernote. I use my Google Email as my login. My Google email was closed due to an issue with Google Adwords. This closure happened before I could change the email address attached to my Evernote account. I now need help in getting the LOGIN Email updated. I submitted this issue as a guest user to tech support but received no response. It has now been several weeks and I would like to get my Evernote data moved to my new Evernote account. Any chance of getting help with this issue? --Steven
  5. I don't know why this has to be incredibly complicated, but: I have a login issue and I need support help. How do I get it? When I post more details, the moderator refuses to approve my message. How about it?
