  1. Hi. I assume you mean it doesn't show up in the spam folder... Is it possible that your account is set up with an old email address? It can take emails a little while to get through sometimes, but I'd think you would have received something by now if it went to the correct address.

  4. Hi. Did you empty the Trash notebook? And subscription apart, no-one can export from a phone - if you don't have access to a PC you could maybe print the notes and photograph the pages for another app?
  5. Hi. You could post this in the Feature Request section of the forums (if it's not there already) and get some votes in support? Evernote has new owners as of the start of this year, and they're busy cleaning house right now. Edit: I removed two other posts on this topic. Please only comment once on any issue.

I generally agree with you, except for one point: The majority of paying users (I would guess) are trading off the inconvenience of moving - the conversion / the learning curve / the necessary changes - against a moderate increase in cost. But certainly in my case, there's a pain point past which I would not be willing to go. If we get past that I'll drop Evernote without a second thought. We're not there yet, and I'm willing to stick around and see what happens in the next year or so. Bending Spoons have a user-base of their own, and once they are happy that the operation is back on an even keel, that would be an obvious place to start looking for more new business...
  8. Hi. You're responding to a 2-year old post, which suggests that this is not an issue for many users... Have you tried a complete clean reinstall of v10? Make sure your notes are synced up to date and then - 1 - Exit Evernote / delete data from device 2 - Uninstall app with Appcleaner (Mac) or Revo Uninstaller Free (Win) 3 - Power device off / allow 10 seconds / power back on 4 - Download latest version from Evernote.com 5 - Reinstall. It will take a little while for the app to be fully operational Verify Evernote's Hardware Acceleration is set to ON - go to Tools > Settings > Preferences > Application and scroll to the bottom. The "hardware acceleration disabled" box should be UNticked, but if you're having issues change that setting and restart the device. (Come back and change it again if that doesn't help!)   12. Hi. And Hmmn. Not a helpful error. Please confirm your device, OS and Evernote version and the size of your account in total notes and (if possible) disk size. Does the drive you're exporting to have enough free space to hold the exported files plus any temporary storage required? As a test, please try to select and export a group of around 100 notes. If that is successful, it suggests that one or more of your notes in that notebook is corrupted in some way. If so - depending on how many notes you have in each notebook - that could be the way to proceed. Alternatively you could move groups of notes into temporary notebooks and export those. (Tag notes with the name of the parent notebook so they can be assembled back together on completion). One or more export of small groups will fail because it contains the corrupted note(s) - in that case please export half the group to try to find which notes are affected. If you can resolve those notes, copying the content into new notes might solve the issue.
  13. ? What exactly happens if you are on the page you'd like to keep and then tap the share option? Do you get any choices showing up? You may have to page through a pop-up menu to find Evernote's icon. I get these (some personal info removed) If something else happens, please explain what...

  16. Hi. I don't believe there is an option. Evernote seems to take the view that updates should always be applied as soon as possible. All I can suggest is that you open Evernote as soon as you can each day to make sure there are no updates waiting.
