  1. Hi. Try doubleclicking the top grey bar. That should open the document in your PDF reader/ editor of choice and you can print from there.
  2. Sorry, no clue; "a few days" is all I recall that we got when someone went to Support on this a while ago. If it's urgent that you get access you could ask the owner to email a copy of the note to you... Share a copy of a note via email
  3. No sweat - I moved you to the Windows forums. Like I said - try the full 'clean' install: 1 - Exit Evernote (if you can) / delete data from device 2 - Uninstall app with Appcleaner (Mac) or Revo Uninstaller Free (Win) 3 - Power device off / allow 10 seconds / power back on 4 - Download latest Evernote from Evernote.com 5 - Reinstall. It will take a little while for the app to be fully operational Check that Hardware Acceleration is set to ON (in Settings > Preferences > Application and scroll to the bottom. The "hardware acceleration disabled" box should be UNticked, but if you're having issues try changing that setting and restarting the device
  4. Hi. You mention your laptop but are posting in the iOS section of the forums. Are you Windows or MacOS or something else on the laptop?
  5. Hi. Can't say I've noticed, but we're mainly user2user here - if you can find some examples of notes that change the date and submit your activity log for that period to Support they may be able to look into it, but I would have thought this is going to be a low-priority issue, so reckon on 10-15 days for any reaction...
  6. Hi. Check your account in the web version. If either of your accounts were set up recently it can take a few days for sharing to kick in.
  7. ...And you joined the Forums just to tell us? Any special reason you feel Evernote should continue to provide you with free services?
  8. We don't know what BS plans to do about the filmic community. User experience and enjoyment certainly seems to have been a major concern for Evernote's new staff - hence the focus on speed and reliability, plus RTE and AI. We also don't know exactly what happened with the old support team, but I'd bet that a company the size of 'Spoons (400+ staff) has a pretty good support structure. They also (says Bing AI) won prizes for being amongst the best places to work in Europe which tends to foster being nice to customers. By all accounts the staff in the US that got laid off had some pretty nice deals too. It's sad that folks got laid off, but I can see that having teams in different countries is neither efficient nor cheap. It was possibly dumb of the new team not to predict that there would be a flood of contacts after the takeover (and the occasional flubs) - but again they may have been a little misled by the old team papering over some cracks to get the best deal for the company. Like I said: my only concern is - is my app working?
  9. Hi. Try here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true
  10. Unless you have 2FA or another security option you should be able to log into the account with the email (or user name) and password. Then... Change your account login email address
  11. Hi. Device? OS? Evernote version? Export notes and notebooks as ENEX or HTML
  12. Hi. It's here for me, but check https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403616330387 for other OS's
  13. Hi. I'd suggest you check your emails again - is your email address a company account? Maybe Evernote is blocked from access. This is a user2user forum so you need to contact Support for a reset - use the issue type "Account"
  14. Subscribe? If you have more than 50 notes you'll find that new notes don't happen at all.
  15. Not sure about the $80, but if you're subscribing you get full access to all your notes on any device
  16. ? Wasn't aware of this, but isn't this exactly what they just did with Evernote? Filmic is/ was Seattle based, so it probably made a great deal of economic sense to move everything to Europe, and 'Spoons whole product base is visual effects so they presumably think they have the local expertise to handle it. As for it not being acceptable to lay off staff when it's "not the right time" - while they clearly dropped the ball with Evernote Support we don't have enough information to say anything here. And worrying about whether the app is in good hands would rule out using most things on the market. (Looking at you Adobe/ Google/ MS...) I leave the business and the politics to them and just want an app that suits my needs...
  17. Hmmn. Device? OS? Evernote version? Do you have a fast network connection? -And how exactly did you initiate this export?
  18. So issues that you find won't get fixed until someone else finds and reports them? That'll show 'em... On a more rational note - Evernote's new owners messed up. They bought the company, changed the rates and added a few bugs by 'improving' the product. Resulting in a flood of support requests and complaints that they're still working through. Adding new people doesn't much help until they're trained up, and new systems... well that's how we got here in the first place. So IMHO the sensible thing to do is to be patient while they figure this out, and stop demanding someone fish out a magic wand and fix everything now. Last I checked the Evernote team are not perfect, but they are doing their best...
  19. Just use your computer as normal. I think the app is insulating you from the mechanics of seeing your data. It doesn't matter to the app whether note content comes from a local file or the server. It will show you the content you ask for as quickly as possible. The only possible problem is if you're offline and want something that hasn't downloaded yet, you'll get an error.
  20. I generally just have Evernote open and switch focus to that window, but since I'm pretty rubbish at coding these days (too many distractions) I asked ChatGPT originally to write some code that worked for one purpose, and I just tried Bing for reminders... (Don't know how it's dealt with in other apps, but in PA, it seems like every variable you might want to interact with has it's own unique ID so you can jump PA to the correct place, then add your data.) - I was looking forward to playing more over the holidays. (And the eating and drinking bits too...)
