  1. LOL Free account users get pretty much the whole package subject to some serious restrictions to allow them to try out the software. If you are otherwise happy with the app, you can pay for immediate access. If you're unhappy, you should obviously look elsewhere. If you have any settings to do with text size or screen zoom I suggest you check those. Or get help from your 'phone provider.
  2. Hmmn. Tried 'pinching' the screen display smaller? If that doesn't work, try Samsung support!
  3. Hi. Try this Check DIsplay and Brightness settings. Is the last toggle set for Larger Text? Change it (temporarily) to default, to decrease the font and icon sizes The CONTINUE button should no longer be hidden Toggle back to Larger text
  4. Hi. I have a several years old Windows 10 laptop which has 8GB memory and a 1TB SSD and runs the latest Evernote very quickly indeed. It's faster now than it has ever been. If anyone is having issues, please specify your OS and Evernote version numbers - we'd probably suggest a clean reinstall; remove Evernote from your device using Revo Uninstaller or AppCleaner (Mac); power the device off and on again, and reinstall. If that doesn't help you probably need more help than we can give - contact Support - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  5. Hi. I've not noticed any missing notes myself in normal use. It generally takes several hours for a new installation to build a full search index so it may be just a matter of waiting for another day or two to get better searches. If you want to force a rebuild, sign out of Evernote and choose the 'remove my data' option, then restart. I hedge my bets by using a 'Parent / Child / Grandchild' structure of Table of Content notes - a project gets its own note, and I'll link from there (by dragging and dropping new notes) to any related issues. Some of those links will be ToC notes in their own right for sub-tasks, individuals or suppliers. For current issues its possible to drag notes to the Shortcuts area which is where some of my top level ToC's live. Similar things are also possible with Home page widgets.
  6. Hi. Contacting Support repeatedly about the same issue usually just slows things down. I'll flag your tickets for a Forum Admin to pass on the message...
  7. Hi. We're mainly other users here, but Evernote staff also read these pages, so will see your suggestions - though I have to say that in my experience most users are very concerned with privacy for their accounts and there would be a mass outcry if there were any suggestion at selling data, anonymised or not. Evernote already offers an 'AI Cleanup' feature and I regularly use it and the existing public AI services to summarise content in "100 words or less" style. As a free user you should be able to get a substantial discount for one further year's subscription which will allow you to tidy up your existing content and move it elsewhere if you decide to do so, If you need any help exporting your existing content to another provider please let us know - we're happy to help.
  8. Hi. I've followed the process for unsyncing devices several times on a test account and it's never failed for me. If you are locked out it would be for up to 30 days - I don't know when the time is measured from, but it would seem logical to go from the date the limit was passed. If you need access before then it's always possible to subscribe, even if only for a month or two...
  9. Hi. Use your desktop access. When you try to login you are probably getting warnings that you have too many devices attached to your account. Follow the instructions carefully to remove everything except that desktop access. When you can log in, go to the notebooks tab and click on the three dots menu on the extreme right of the window. You'll be able to export that notebook to ENEX or HTML format. If that doesn't work you could consider subscribing for a brief period - even if only a month - to regain full access.
  10. Hi. We're mainly other users here. Maybe try uninstalling the app and reinstalling?
  11. Hi. Please start your own thread rather than tagging on to someone else's query. Please also include what device / OS / Evernote version you are currently using.
  12. Hi. Unless you only open Evernote every two weeks or so this should not be happening. We're mainly other users here, so 'we' can't do much about the software, but you might be able to avoid this by signing out of Evernote, removing data from your device, using Revo Uninstaller Free to totally remove the app from your system, power off then back on again and re-install from Evernote.com.
  13. Hi. Scan to a PC folder, then transfer all the files to an Import folder?
  14. Hi. Everything is synced back to Evernote's servers. You could work offline for a while, but any and all changes would still be synced when wifi was re-enabled.
  15. Hi. Not with Evernote, but maybe with another app like a WP: you could reduce everything down to just an attached file name.
  16. Hi. Usually this means that you accidentally created a new account rather than logging into the original. Try signing out and back in, or use the 'forgot password' link at Evernote.com to check
  17. Hi. No clue - we're not Support so the Activity Log is not helpful. Did you use Appcleaner to remove the previous app? Download the new version from Evernote.com rather than the Apple Store? If not, worth a repeat exercise. Support is here if you need them - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  18. Just for the record, there is no 'premium' service - just personal or professional. And was there actually a comment or question in there about the new UI? Because I didn't see it...
  19. Your app will probably follow soon. It's really a good idea to get used to v10 while you can, because that will be the only option at some point.
  20. Not an issue - but with a few million subscribers, they'd need a staff of thousands to deal with phone calls too. It'll be nice when Chat comes back, but until then there's just https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and waiting...
  21. Hi. @FD006 - You're replying to a 5-year old query. For the record as emojii are much more popular now than back then, it's pretty easy to copy and paste from many other sources including most WP apps. Both Win 10 and W11 have on-screen emoji keyboards you can use too.
  22. -And just to confirm. If you need to contact Evernote the available options are on the website, including the links to https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (subscribers) https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (anyone) or mail feedback@evernote.com There are no user telephone options.
  23. I'm hurt that you didn't ask me... but the answer probably isn't helpful, because Evernote does everything. I use one test on incoming emails / interesting clips / snail mail / documentation: "Is there a good reason this should not be in Evernote?" and in most cases things get clipped scanned or attached as appropriate. All my correspondence, user guides, project notes and learning material is in there, with links to a parent-and-child Table of Contents tree that lets me find (forinstance) the delivery date for my latest Amazon purchase / what standard hashtags to apply to an XFKAT (formally known as Twitter) post / the Regex expression I need for a specific file search / my recent medical history. In 16 years or so my account has grown to 63,500+ notes (you digitise a library of files just the one time...) and I can get a automatic backup of that via v10 in about 48 hours using Backupery, or (if I ever work out how to use it) less time via the Github option (inventively called Evernote-Backup). And by the way - to download the entire content of a notebook you need to start from the Notebooks page on a desktop app, tap the three-dots menu to the right and chose 'export' - difficult, right?
