  1. The public API hasn't exposed any of the 'new' features in Evernote. I think we can expect that the API won't be updated until feature development is settled and the immediate stability and speed issues are resolved.
  2. Three years ago it was announced that the old versions of the software would not be supported any longer. Several months ago it was announced that the sync process with v10 was changing. A backend conversion was implemented to allow those using the Legacy app to work with the new sync data. Now the emphasis is on persuading users of the Legacy apps to switch. I think it is reasonable to infer that when use of Legacy drops sufficiently it will be withdrawn. Probably with a few weeks notice to give the diehards time to make a plan to switch or leave. My view is that it is time to make peace with the changes or, wisely, decide on an alternative. It is likely that any change will bring a hit to your workflow. The switch to v10 will have the least effort. Whatever you do, please make a plan for the day when Legacy stops.
  3. Uninstalling resets your data to match what Evernote had in the cloud. So provided everything has previously synced nothing should be lost.
  4. The Outlook add-ins have been largely unsupported for sometime. Microsoft have changed things more than once and Evernote hasn't been working to update things for several years. I fear that Outlook changes mean things will just stop working - at least in the short term. I doubt that the version of the add-in on the Microsoft AppSource will have changed recently. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005997-How-to-use-Evernote-for-Outlook
  5. That's the full price for the Professional product. Personal is €99.99. So you are not being offered the 40% discount. You'll need to find the link to the discounted rate. That may only apply to the Personal plan which should be €60 with a discount. The missing discount flash says you're in the wrong place for the deal. https://evernote.com/blog/evernote-pricing-upcoming-features-update
  6. @Raxet I just double checked. On my test notes with images AND text I can copy and then paste either just an image or an image plus the associated text from one note to another with Ctrl+C/V Currently v10.65.2 No crashes or freezes when attempting the copy and paste. In the past copying and pasting issues were able to be resolved by dragging to the desktop and then further dragging into a new note. But that's not necessary, for me, in the current versions. This is clearly an issue for you but not for everyone. Have you tried a clean rebuild of your app and data? I can't say that would work but it would be a quicker process than submitting a support ticket which is likely to be the only other route. Uninstall using Revo Uninstaller to get rid of any broken installation files. Reinstall the current version and log in. Your data will be rebuilt from the master copies in the cloud.
  7. Sticky Notes is/was a Microsoft add-on. Installed, if you don't have it, via the Microsoft Store. The Sticky Notes app syncs to an 365 account in the cloud. It isn't associated with Evernote so I think support will need to come via Microsoft support forum.
  8. The easiest is to go the File menu and choose Sign Out. Then choose to 'Remove my data from this device'. Sign back in and your data will be restored from the cloud in a rebuilt data set.
  9. Always wise. I think the biggest risk is that your backup is, say, five days old when used. You then restore your backup which is subsequently out of sync with what you have subsequently sent to the cloud. It would be interesting to know what happens if you have two copies of some notes. Ideally you'll see conflicting notes so you can choose which version to retain. Please let us know how you restore trial works out. A backup that cannot be restored is no backup at all so your experience may help inform others of us.
  10. There appears to be a trial with some users with Free accounts experiencing different restrictions on note sizes and numbers of notebooks. Try creating a new notebook and see if you get an error warning with new restrictions. Othyerwise you could open a support ticket for the ACCOUNT area and ask if any new restrictions have been applied to your account. Use this link to access the support area as a guest. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true
  11. It depends what you need. A whole notes backup does not retain the notebook structure. If you don't need that and have a paid account then it would work. If you need to retain the notebook structure then you need to back up one notebook at a time. (Use evernote-backup or Backupery to automate). If you have a Free account you can easily come up against the note and data limits. If you have a large ENEX you can even hit the data limits. Then the large single file ENEX becomes are largely useless collection of bits and bytes. We had a user with exactly this issue only a week or two back. His backup was in a multi-gigabyte ENEX which would not upload because it hit the data limits for his account. So always worth testing the restore process works as well as being able dump the data into a large generic ENEX file.
  12. The help and learning areas had a service outage a few days ago which might account for recent challenges but not for weeks. I've not had noticed any problems but haven't tried to contact support for a week or two.
  13. Is this a Teams account? You could try a different Email address. For example use your a generic Gmail address or add a suffix to your own Email in the form yourname+hername@youremail.com Evernote will recognise the +hername as creating a new Email address. Hopefully you'll get the invitation and be able to kick things into life. You will then be able to access the account settings and amend the Email address to hers and move on from then. However, if for some reason Email to her is rejected somewhere in the Email chain, then it might not be wise to use that address. So if she could open an alternative Email with Gmail, Outlook or whatever that might work better for now. The Evernote support teams is exceedingly busy. So if you received an automated acknowledgemet with a ticket number you will get a response. You are unfortunately in a long queue. If you haven't got a ticket number then you aren't in the queue and need to resubmit your request.
  14. You should open the note(s) that should contain these tasks. See if you can manage these tasks inside the note.
  15. There has been a problem with the mobile apps and AI Powered Search. The locking up does seem to be common. I'm told 10.57.2 resolved it but had introduced a separate and unrelated issue with sketching. I'm waiting for 10.58 and meanwhile avoiding AIPS on mobile.
  16. Then It's suggest you look for advice on Telegram support channels.
  17. I have a carefully curated list of individuals whose contributions generally leave a sour taste in my mouth stored in the ignore user list. I'm aware that I might have had my name stored in a similar list for other users.
  18. Think of it like paying for a single support ticket. You can pay for one month.
  19. OK. I don't use Telegram so didn't know about that bot. Can you share posts in Telegram? If so you can use the standard Share/Send To feature of your OS to send to Evernote. You may get better advice on Telegram support for the Bot.
  20. Can you explain the Evernote Bot? I'm not sure I understand what you have been doing. Do you have the Evernote app installed on a phone? If so, what version do you have?
  21. Since things work in a Private window I'd check whether the issue is caused by an add-on. In a regular window disable ALL add-ons on a temporary basis. Does the Tasks pullout work now? If it does then enable the add-ons one at a time until the problem returns. That would identify the problem add-on. If it isn't an add-on I'd explore what other differences exist in. Private window.
  22. Yes, standard Windows uninstall. Then using your File Explorer delete %AppData%\Evernote and %LocalAppData%\Programs\Evernote Before you do that be sure that you reset your data directory to the default of you have previously chosen to move it to an alternative location . Of course on a corporate laptop you may find that this is locked down too.
