Don't worry , just mail to evernote and they will revert back in 24 hours , and you will get your money in 3-4 days. Problem is that your money hasn't reached to the desired account . Soon you will receive a mail from your bank regarding the same. Don't worry. Just mail to evernote. They have a website where you can raise a ticket.

i feel like cheated , no official is replying , there is no contact number through which i can directly talk to them . and mailing takes a lot of time

i contacted google play and they said that there is no problem from their side and i should contact evernote app developers. They can resolve the issue . But it has been more than 24 hours since evernote officials replied.

Today , i took the evernote's personal plan which costs Rs. 449/month in india. But whenever i am opening evernote app , it asks me to unsync other devices . please help
