Just heard back from support. The note emailing feature is gone for Plus users. Hi Thank you for contacting Evernote Customer Support. My name is xxxx, and I'll be assisting you for today. I understand that you can no longer email a note under your Plus subscription and it's asking you to upgrade to a Premium subscription. I'm sorry you've had to deal with these issues in your Evernote account. I appreciate you for sending the screenshot and activity log of your Windows device. Upon checking, I can confirm that at this time Email a note feature is currently available for Premium and Business users only. However, there is an alternative sharing methods for all customers, this include sharing a note within Evernote or sharing a note using a public link. The older version of the app which is the Legacy app has this functionality. We are sincerely grateful to have you as a long time Evernote user, I truly understand that this experience is highly unacceptable. With that, please accept my deepest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused on your end. We strive to provide the most delightful customer experience possible, and we apologize for not meeting your expectations in this situation. I'll make sure to pass your feedback and concern to our team, so they're aware of your experience. Should you need any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

btw, I can still email from Legacy, so it may be a client issue. With the return of Import Folders I was just starting to use V10 more, too.

Thanks! I'll try. According to the new subscription matrix, as a Plus user I'm only entitled to Forum support.

I'm a Plus user and I just tried to email a note and got this pop-up: ""Upgrade to email your notes. This is an Evernote Personal feature. Upgrade now." Has this feature been taken away or is it a bug? I thought Plus users were grandfathered and were able to retain the features they had?

What's the point of even having a desktop computer? Evernote has apparently decided to become a mobile app company - I could have saved a bundle and bought an iPod Touch since Evernote works the same on both devices. Really no advantage in running it on a computer any more. Evernote used to be one of the best things I've ever owned. It was so useful. I'm so disappointed.

Be very careful if and when you upgrade to the new version. Many, many features that you have come to expect and rely on have been removed. Evernote really needs to publish a comprehensive list of what people will lose if they "upgrade".

Would it be possible for Evernote to provide a more comprehensive list of the features they have removed from the product in version 10? Are import folders coming back? Nowhere did it say that by upgrading, you would lose this important feature.
