    Hi. What you upload as a subscriber will stay available to you if/ when you downgrade to Free. You'll have access on two devices only, and subject otherwise to free account limits. If a note exceeds the free account limit you can download content, but not edit or save changes.

    Posting the URL of a YouTube video is normally enough to add it to a note as a clickable thumbnail. This feature still appears to be working normally.

    Yeah - we can't know what politics and practicalities apply internally. There may or may not be good reasons for the split - but as @PinkElephant my main concern is: does everything I need still work? (Within normal Evernote variables for the meaning of the word "work"...)

    Hi. Actually your notes are on the server and should be visible from the computer if you are logged in correctly. Please sign out of any 'blank' account you may be seeing and then log back in carefully with the same credentials you use on the phone.

    Hi. If you already have a subscription ot Evernote (whether direct or through Apple) you should not need to pay again unless you're being offered an upgrade.

    With recent experience I'd be surprised if anyone else has 10.59.5 yet! You've already done the basics - I'd hit Support with a report + logs so they're aware!

    Took me about 5 minutes to think "Huh - that doesn't usually happen" then try a couple of options and apply my own work-around, which affects my view of this being 'significant' - and it didn't stop me using the Android app, just meant I adjusted the way I used it. Still, everyone to their own opinion. (Forinstance I hate koolaid...)

    Hi. Can you save the address(es) as contacts to your phone? It should then be easier to paste into the email field, an you won't lose the contact if that fails. What device, OS and Evernote version do you use?

    I don't know why that would be happening - have you checked your scan settings? Where are scans sent to, and what versions of OS and Evernote do you have on your device?

    Again, just for the record - while it was very sad for the individuals involved, I believe they got a pretty good deal in salary and health benefits to keep them going - and I bet their expertise will be in some demand with all the other companies in the note-taking market...

    If you're seeing a pop-up that offers a trial membership, then look for 'skip trial' in the top left corner to set up a free account.
