  1. You go to your Evernote account and change existing notes there. Tag "Published" to see the note online, "Markdown" if you've used that formatting in the note. Beware that markdown does have some weird results - go check the page directly in your blog to make sure you're getting the layout you want. Postach.io help pages and general web searches should find more specific help if you need it.
  2. Evernote have never had a 24 hour response on Support - and they're especially busy right now. If all your notes are "gone" you probably simply logged in with a slightly incorrect ID and inadvertently created a new account. Try signing out and logging in again - very carefully...
  3. Hi - we're mainly other users here; I'd suggest you talk to Support. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (but it's usually easier to use the Support option in the mobile client).

  5. You could feed that back to Evernote - we're mostly other users here...
  6. If you have access via a mobile device, try the Support link in Settings. Otherwise use 'continue as guest' on the support page.
  7. You managed at least three posts on the same subject. I deleted one. Please don't multiple post - you're only talking to the same audience each time...
  8. You should be able to download it from Evernote.com directly. The update (to millions of users) will be in stages around the world.
  9. Hi. Have you checked your note by signing on to Evernote.com via a browser? If that version of your note is blank, then you "should" be able to see the previous content - a backup is taken several times per day, and it's possible for some content to be deleted before a backup is taken; but if the contents are important to you then it should be worth it.
  10. Hi. You need to opt-in to use the AI feature anyway, so that's not the cause. I don't know why text would revert back to a smaller size without that style being applied intentionally... what's your OS and Evernote version?
  11. Hi. Seems like you're temporarily blocked because of the device issue. Waiting out the month will get your access back. See here for more... Understanding the device limit
  12. Hi. We're mainly users in the Forums, so I hope you have heard from Support by now and were able to sort out your issue.
  13. Hi. We're mainly other users here, so can't help with password issues. You should have hear from Support by now so I'll hope you now have access to your account.
  14. Hi. No clue as to where that would be stored - we're mainly other users in the Forums. You can try asking Support (check in Settings on a mobile device for the link) but AFAIK "Quick Notes" was never designed as an additional long-term note store. Good luck finding your lost content...
  15. The clue is in the image... "Unsync 6 devices"... Understanding the device limit
  16. PS Please don't post more than once about a given topic - I deleted one post that hadn't yet had a response but this query still comes up twice https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/146778-does-anyone-have-a-tip-for-a-alternative-product-after-huge-price-increase-of-evernote/ https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/146788-price-increase/

  18. I think Bending Spoons is relying on their existing 400+ experienced staff and their history of developing a huge user base for several AI-based apps for the mobile market. The 'old' Evernote staff seemed like they were still learning how to use Elektron features to extend Evernote and had little AI experience. I'd hope the loss would not be too great.
  19. Doesn't seem like this is a current issue with anyone else. Notes should now be syncing more or less in real time, so losses should be unusual - have you contacted Support about this? (We're mainly other users here...)
  20. Hi. Evernote may believe that you have exceeded the device limit. See Understanding the device limit for more on that...
