  1. It is now released so if you don't have V7.19 of the web clipper try forcing an update.
  2. Actually the Android app has had plenty of attention. In fact the same as iOS. It has had 25 revisions since v10 was launched. Whether the attention given is what we think is needed is an entirely different question. Until the latest version I've found each update to be an improvement. V10.25 seems to have broken the ability to share from other applications into Evernote. This is particularly frustrating for me but I anticipate that a fix will be along soon. I don't consider Android to be the poor relation compared to others but, yes, it does need more work.
  3. Does this link give the information you need? https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005247-Evernote-system-limits
  4. I'm certain that the issues with your phone are distinct from the desktop web clipper which we hope are now resolved. I great your experiences on Android were a coincidence. You should raise a ticket for the Android issue. At the moment the Android v10.25 isn't receiving shares from a browser at all for me.
  5. You've found the definitive answer for the present. There's been no announcement of any plan to change and I doubt that there are any plans. As has often been said, we're all fellow users here so the most you'll get is conjecture. Once you reach the limits for a month or the 100,000 maximum then you cannot add any more notes in that month or, if you've reached the maximum, until you clear out and make room for new stuff.
  6. At note level it really is better to use external encryption. I use AxCrypt. Other products are available... I agree that encrypted notebooks would be useful.
  7. You probably won't benefit from this offer. You are currently locked in to the price you've been paying. If you upgrade on the new deal you will switch to new higher annual price after the first year. Stuck with the price you are on unless you need some new features that you don't currently have.
  8. The EN helper Screen Capture from the taskbar icon (which can also be accessed with the keyboard shortcut Alt+Ctrl+S) places the captured image into a new note inside Evernote. This allows you to select the area of the screen you wish to capture into the new note in Evernote. I just used this option and I find that after the new note is created the screen capture remains on the OS clipboard. I could paste that into Photoshop or Word. So pasting from the clipboard is an option although you will always get a new note. Win+PrtScrn has a number of alternatives inside Windows. It is, of course, an OS keyboard shortcut. According to my books of words it is also found with Alt key + PrtScrn / Ctrl+PrtScrn and, on laptops, Fn + WinKey + PrtScrn - However, none of those shortcuts are designed to produce a set of crosshairs. So, it would seem that whatever your previous experience, your PC is now operating as it should and defaulting to the OS settings. Perhaps, in the Legacy version you had a setting in options which overrode the OS settings. Since you seem to be able to recover this by giving Legacy the focus I think I would look in the Legacy program options and see what, if anything, you have set for screen capture. For sure, one of the areas where there is significant potential for problems if you have both v10 and Legacy installed, is having the same shortuts assigned inside both programs. I've disabled all keyboard shortcuts in Legacy so that v10 always takes the command and processes the output. You can change the v10 keyboard shortcuts to something of your choosing. Whether it is wise to allocate an OS default to Evernote is questionable. I don't know why you would have the issue with multiple monitors. I wish you well as you test the various options.
  9. Thanks for this note. The data directories in v10 of Evernote vary with OS and whether the application is the direct download or via Microsoft/Apple stores. So always worth noting which version of the application you are using I have: 10.29.7-win-ddl-public (3186) and the data directory is %AppData%\Evernote = C:\Users\your_windows_user_directory\AppData\Roaming\Evernote The other thing to remember is that the data stored is not necessarily a complete, mirror image of what is held in the cloud. Be sure that the setting to 'Save Data at Logout' is checked and ensure that you do log out for the data to be fully written to the local disk.
  10. This is a 3 year old thread about issues with the Legacy version of Evernote. Can we check which version of EN you are using? V10 on Windows has a problem with drag and drop which is known and receiving attention. V6.25 is now end of life so will not receive any fix. I'm told that v10 on Mac works OK.
  11. Looks like you're in the right place to disconnect services and that there are none connected. I'm stuck now. I don't have too much hassle with the Ticket options YMMV
  12. As @Mike Psays.. The task you have may be done with the native screen capture in the desktop apps if you only want a single page. It will give an image of the page. Mike's approach would be there way I'd go.
  13. Whilst I really do understand why you would decide to operate a mixed application set up, I think this is close to asking for an impossible situation where there are no conflicts. I don't have the version 8 Android app. So can't offer advice on resolving issues there. Have you had a response to a ticket yet? Disconnecting the calendar is done in your account settings, not the apps
  14. I have now received 10.25 and I concur with your experience. I've raised a support ticket. I suggest you do the same.
  15. This is a subtle distinction. There isn't a web clipper in the mobile apps. Rather, Evernote uses the Android/iOS share function. So the first thing to check is that the Share is working from Chrome in general. I am aware that Chrome is currently receiving some significant security updates. I don't, yet, have v10.25 so I can't check on my device.
  16. Sorry it didn't work for you. I can only say that it all works well for me...
  17. You can't have the same shortcut working in both Legacy and v10 at the same time. Disable three screen snip inside legacy and it will work just fine in V10 or vice versa.
  18. Since this is a Legacy plus web clipper issue, you will know that there is no hope of a fix on the app side. There seem to be a number of web clipper issues in the version released early in December. I think you'll need to be patient whilst we wait for the update to be released.
  19. No, I don't think so. In any case you will only receive one year at the discount price after which you will be on the new full price having lost any discount you currently have.
  20. That's curious. Since v8 doesn't have any links to the calendar. I'm guessing you have Google Calendar linked in the desktop in which case, another guess, could the calendar reminders set up in the desktop be triggered on v8 on the mobile. If so, perhaps turn off the reminders in the desktop Calendar Home widget. This is well beyond my understanding. You'll need to raise this as a support ticket.
  21. The settings for this area in the Calendar Home widget. NB this isn't a v8.13 issue. It seems the question was posted in the V8 13 threads.
  22. Perhaps that's a problem with Notion. I can't help with that. Really, though, go through the Notebook export.
  23. This is the file on Windows. It will work up to a maximum of 1,000 BUT you must expect a very long processing time with 1,000 notes. Far better to go via the export a notebook approach which is speedy.
