  9. Hi. I take it you're not a Teams (business) user, so what's your device, OS and Evernote version numbers? On my desktop device the URL link has a down-arrow when you hover over it, which contains the usual options.
  10. I agree they're frequent at the moment - Evernote seem to be taking the 'move fast and break things' view on development. I'm losing track of which version I'm on - but am actually glad to see the new features they've introduced, and I appreciate that if they are aware of a bug they'll move quickly to fix it. In my experience it takes a couple of minutes to update, and you can (usually) dismiss the reminder if you're in the middle of something.
  11. Hi. You appear to be unique. No other Win 10 user has mentioned such an issue (so far). The current version is actually 10.96. I'd suggest you uninstall your current version with Revo Uninstaller Free and then restart your device and download/ install the latest version from Evernote.com. If you have any issues after that, please let us know in detail how and where you are installing the application.
  12. That usually means that Support can't fix something without the developers changing the app in some way. Once a request is passed to developers, Support mark the item as closed (as far as they are concerned). Developers work on their own timescale and schedule - AFAIK most resources are still going into server-side changes. so other areas will be on hold. Patience is definitely required when waiting for action on bugs and requests - users need to have faith in the system and either wait for changes, find a work-around or move to a different provider.

  14. Works for me in Win 11 / EN 10.96.5 - have you tried powering your system off and back on / reinstalling?

  18. Don't get too carried away - Alt+O on my Win 11 EN 10.96.5 doesn't do anything useful. With the cursor on the desktop or in another window, nothing happens. With the cursor in Evernote I get the current note in its own window, not a new note. Have already restarted, signed out and back - still the same.

It's been said a couple of times here already - you're complaining to other users, not the company; while we sympathise, there's nothing we can do to help - either use the feedback email address for a general rant, or contact Support for (eventually) a conversation. I'd bet though that the answer is going to be "we're aware and working on it". There's lots of work going on in the background, and if this were simple they'd have fixed it already. I can only assume they will fix this as soon as they can.
