WIth the latest update - I"m unable to add an attachment to a note. It give me an error message saying it saved teh file to the device but not the note, "try again". I've restarted the windows applicaion and restarted the computer. I've also tried different types of attachments and have saved items to the computer, renamed and tried to attach again, same error message. Also discovered that the Android version attaches PDF files just fine, but when I try to open them with Windows Application, the error occurs and the attachment is essentially changed and unreadable. Very odd. Any ideas here?

This happens to me, checked in DEX mode for sure doesn't produce the bottom menu! I believe in regular mode the bottom menu works.

I have amny android annoyances, I still get crashes for no reason, little to to no responce from tech support in months. But this I thought would ge an easy "fix" However nothing ever seems easy with v10. I actually miss the old version. Anyway, thanks for the input. Question for this - why are there two types? How do I keep one vs. The other? Is it a formatting issue? When I add a checkbox from an existing line (with checkbox) then the two lines move to the right and become a different style? Any input would be great. Thanks.

I am trying a new thing, gonna see if I can lock the application open and see if that helps the crashing. Will advise. (Probably not recommended)

Recently, Evernote application on my phone gets stuck on the load/logo screen and never actually opens up. I try clearing cache and cloing the application but only in a power cycle of the phone allows a complete start of the applicaion, anyone else seeing this?

Same here - the responce I received was a basic auto-generated email that said they received the issue. Nothing else is being communicated unfortunate.

Hey @Domroysys any solution here? I have a Tab S8+ and have several issues that I can't seem to get fixes for. Very curious if those of us that leverage Samsung Tablets could exchange ideas, fixes, tips and tricks.

Yeah I did all that but I get to three options -reams support? -account support -billing support None of which is just tech support.

So far phone is fine. Tablet is affected. Still trying to figure out how to submit a ticket, currently shows website down.

OK, Tried a couple of things that lead to a close (crash) of the app. Click Notes, Click Reminders, if too quickly, CRASH Click Trash, Click Note, if too quickly, CRASH Seems to be, when it doesn't have time to folly load that screen, it crashes. How do you submit a support request? Settings, Support leads to nothing that I can Isee for submitting a trouble ticket.
