    Hi. As already suggested, try reinstalling. Also - remove the email address from your image - this is a public forum and you could make a lot of new unwelcome friends by broadcasting your address.

    Hi. You're posting in the Teams (business) section of the forums about (apparently) an Android issue. Please confirm your device, OS and Evernote version. I don't understand what you mean about the 'fast note' option in Android - how and where exactly are you saving your notes? There are no export options on mobile devices - are you able to log into your account on a desktop?

    Hi. Are you part of the official private Linux Beta test? There's a separate forum thread for that. Linux seems to have been back-burnered in the recent changes - you may wish to check with Support direct for what is available. Meantime the web version is probably as up to date as you can get.

    Hi. File size is visible but not sortable in the Notes list window. I don't see any benefit to removing empty or small notes as an exercise - by all means deal with them when you see them in normal searches or editing, but you gain nothing - not even any local hard drive space - by deleting them.

    Hi. If the note was missing its contents, how do you know that it was decrypted first? Note History should get you back to the content... it's a subscriber feature, but backs up the contents of all notes from the server several times per day. Use note history to view older versions of a note

    Not for the past couple of years, unless you are using a fairly old version of Evenote. The feature is gone and highly unlikely to return - but never say never... Meantime if you are presenting images, or your presentation can be converted to images, the Gallery feature does something very similar... How to view images in the image gallery

    After several days I hope you have managed by now, but if not please refer to Support here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps) -but it's usually easier to use the Support option in the mobile client. We're mainly other users here in the forums.

    I think I read somewhere that tags are no longer shortcuts because the Filter feature does the same thing. Dragging a note into shortcuts gets you a link to that note.

    Anyone bothered to tell Support about this? It could help to get things fixed sooner...

    The price increased (not doubled) about a month ago and some users left because of it. Evernote have less than 1/12 of the expected new income to play with and I don't think displaying iPhone HEIC images will be a priority development when there are many existing options to convert them to JPG.
