My Teams account is deactivated, and I'm not able to log in to reactivate the account. Whenever I try to log in, it says "account deactivated. Contact your admin." It seems to be stuck in a loop. I reached out to Evernote a week ago, and no one has contacted me back.

We have an Evernote Teams account that was deactivated due to an expired payment method. We are unable to reactivate the account, and there has been no response to our service ticket from Customer Service for over a week. There is no way to access the account now to update the credit card.
