  1. and of course, I didn't post on the right platform - went to Evernote teams...ah well. Evernote help forum not accessible, with too many requests. as to third party comment about software ownership: when I rent a flat, it may not be mine, but I'm the master of the house for the time I occupy the flat. I don't do semantics games, unlike some.
  2. my mistake, will post on the right platform. I logged in more than one hour previously, possibly two. that was very early this morning (UK). and so I was logging in only for the second time in the day. and, as stated, I have two step verification. the too many logins barrage is unjustified. I use Safari.
  3. I logged in a first time this morning, over two hours ago. a short while back, I closed Evernote accidentally, hitting Command + Q on mac. trying to log back in, I am presented with a too many logins barrage. I don't think that a second login, some two hours after the first one in the day constitutes a too-many-logins situation. if I'm a worker working to a deadline, I'm locked out of my work.
  4. so I accidentally closed Evernote with Command + Q on macbook and, logging in, I'm told I can't because of too many logins? seriously? is that my software or yours? I have the password. I log in. period. imagine I'm using Evernote for work, I have a deadline and I can't get into my own app? and by the way I have two-step verification on, getting a code on my mobile, so you keeping me out of my app is doubly bonkers. this is a bug, get it sorted.
  5. starting yesterday, Evernote on macbook air m1 stopped uploading attached pics - see attached screengrab. the pic shown in the screengrab is 1500x1000 and is 400kb - reasonable size, and I have attached much larger files in the past. any thoughts? many thanks
  6. Can I share notebooks (and notes) with non-paying users? Also, how safe is my content when doing that? Presumably, I have the option to give or withhold editing ability from the people I share with? Many thanks!
  7. having created a simple template, with font size 30, Evernote persists in displaying table content with a font size smaller than 30 - 16 I think it is. Even when I copy/paste a temple from another note, in which I have created content, piecemeal at font size 30, still, when I delete the content of the table, when I start writing again in the table, the font is only of the reduced size, not size 30. Can we please have the option of choosing a font size for tables - alternatively - and more intuitively - make font size inside tables the same as the main text. Thanks
  8. When you change the order of notes in a notebook, this is applied globally, to all your notebooks. I suppose there's no way around that? Is Evernote working on resolving this?
  9. All the notes that I created in the Windows version and that contain images: the images do not display as such, but as shown in the attached screenshot. This strongly suggests that Evernote for Mac still fully supported by M1 machines. If this is an Evernote bug in relation to M1 machines, is there a timeline for the resolution of this? Many thanks
  10. When I 'Save Clip', the account I am shown (see attached screengrab) is not mine. It may be useful to point out that, while at the time of speaking I am in Windows 10, the unknown account appeared, I think, while using Evernote on Macbook. That account may be generated automatically, when not logged in? I don't know. The long and the short is, Evernote Web Clipper does not seem to give me the option to switch to my account. When I click the down arrow right of the G symbolising that dummy(?) account, the only options I am given is 'Add Teams Account'. Could it be the case that Evernote surreptitiously took away the web clipper from premium account holders, like me, to make it exclusive to 'Teams' accounts? If not, please advise on how to bypass that 'dummy' account. Many thanks!
  11. Thanks. The pictures have always been present in my Evernote on Windows and IOS, and, predictably, the images are present on the online version as well. I installed Evernote on my Macbook several weeks ago, leaving it several times open hours, and so by now some of the pictures should have come through. This suggests that the solution is still out there.
  12. I'm still new to the MacOS ecosystem, and so, maybe I'm missing something... As the title of this post indicates, images inserted in my notes do not display in MacOS, as the screengrab below shows. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Many thanks
