  1. Hi. Seems like your browser security is set too high or there's some other issue preventing access. Try restarting your device / clearing caches / a different browser...
  2. Working here too. Maybe restart Evernote or power the PC off and on again?
  3. Had to use ChatGPT for this because I remembered the service, but not what it was called - this sort of thing may be helpful to you... Bear in mind that AI be unreliable though - not all of these may still exist, though I used to use FollowUpThen back in the day...
  4. Hi. This explains more about Google log-ins. Your 'account settings' are at a web page, not in the app. You should be able to log in there. Sign in to Evernote with Google
  5. Updates should normally be every couple of weeks, and generate a pop-up that asks if you'd like to install. 'Yes' means it takes 30 seconds to close Evernote, update and reload; 'No' means the message goes away for a while. Updates still include fixes and security measures, so it would be a bad idea to block or ignore them for long. If your experience is different, please contact Support!
  6. Hi. The web app and the installed desktop version are both working for me, though I'll grant there's a delay in seeing my notes in the browser. If you're having a different experience, contact Support.
  7. Hi. Please try the process again - contact Support if it still fails. (We're mainly other users here.)
  8. Hi. We're mainly other users in the Forums - you'd need to contact Support with details of the account(s) involved to get some action here...
  9. Hi. The web loading speed obviously depends on the strength of your local network connection and whatever else is using it, but you could try the latest installed version 10.60 for possible usage improvements..
  10. Hi. Have you upgraded to v10 already? As already noted, Local Notebooks are not supported in the new app so there's an option to convert them to normal synced notes. If you took that option, your notes will remain available to you in the Free version - subject to the limitations of that version. If you elected not to convert these notes, then they will have been 'orphaned' in the old database on your device, and you will need to keep, or reinstall, the Legacy app to manage them. You would be able to export your notes to HTML format to create a kind of local website from them. Beware that pre-v10 apps are no longer supported and may be affected by future OS and browser changes on the host device. They are also a security risk as there will be no further updates or added protections if any vulnerabilities are found. If you search your hard drive you may have an old installer left from your 7.14 version - hang on to that, because it's getting much harder to find official downloads of that version!
  11. There appear to be some issues with 10.59 for some users... you could try a full uninstall/ reinstall - Sign out of Evernote (removing database) / uninstall app with Appcleaner / restart device / download from Evernote.com / reinstall / sign back in v10.60 should be available soon which may also help.
  12. A quick search of Google's help pages says... It appears that Google Advanced Protection does not play well with others.
  13. Hi. This is not a built-in function. You could save a search to generate your list of tasks, or use the Task view, but how you then copy that information into a daily email I do not know. I don't know whether Zapier (or any other automation tool) could help.
  14. Thanks for looking into this! Everything seems fine again for me - newly forwarded emails just appeared within a few minutes, and checking against my 'sent items' folder in Outlook everything has been received. Any issues may have been related to Friday. For the record I automatically forward a maximum of 10 emails per day - mostly just routine stuff like newsletters for reading later.
  15. Hi. The Forums are mainly supported by other users - please contact Support for any account-related issues.
  16. Evernote was making some changes to 2FA - check through the official procedure here Set up two-step verification and if things still fail, contact support.
  17. Interesting thought process. You'd prefer they talked to us before fixing what was wrong?
  18. What exactly is stopping you from copying the content of your note into a local word processor or downloading attachments or otherwise accessing the content?
  19. Hmmn. What are your device & Windows / Evernote versions? Have you tried a Revo uninstall to nuke registry entries and hidden files?
  20. You're currently using a free software, right? So no - it's not gaslighting; you're simply subject to the limitations of free software. It should still be possible to extract your existing notes to move to another platform if yu wish to do so.
  21. Hi. New owners took over Evernote six months ago, since when they've been concentrating on making basic operations faster and more reliable - and fixing a few bugs along the way. They'll get around to dealing with suggestions at a later date. In all the 12 years you mentioned, Evernote have never commented on any individual post in any of the Forums - I wouldn't expect them to start now. A couple of work-arounds have already been mentioned here - they're easy to use. As users, we're allowed to make suggestions... as owners Evernote may or may not decide to adopt them. It's entirely their choice, no justification necessary. This is a -mainly- user-supported Forum, and it's never necessary to SHOUT to get attention. Please don't.
  22. Email issues happen - I automatically forward several emails per day to Evernote and most of them have gotten through. Two failures from yesterday hadn't shown up, so I resent them and they appeared as notes within 30 minutes or so. I have a 15+ year 62,000+ note account which otherwise is working about as well as anyone else's at the moment...
