  1. We let an employee go about a month ago and we moved their status to deactivated user. I onboarded a new employee last week and when I tried to register the new employee, I received an email that states that I need to purchase another seat. When I look in the admin console, it shows that we have an available seat. We should not be getting an email to purchase another seat. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thx!
