  1. Depending on how & when you cancelled, I would not expect there to be an automatic acknowledgement. You will see your status on the web page. You may get further marketing emails to offer a discount to reconnect.
  2. Check your payment method to see if payment was even taken - you may simply need to start again.
  3. Hi. I'm not aware of any size restrictions other than the 200MB total. Is your note otherwise empty, or are there other attachments also taking up space?
  4. Hi. I haven't deactivated any accounts recently so don't know exactly what happens to the subscription, but I'm sure it's not forfeit - it would either be refunded to you or your deactivation delayed until the the current payment expired. See if this information helps you with reactivation - Reactivate your Evernote account - and contact support here if you can't seem to get your access back. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account"
  5. Latest desktop version is now 10.65.3 (I believe) - and you're posting in an iOS forum...
  6. Hi. Alt+Ctrl+F will open a new search box, but won't clear the previous content. There's an 'x' to do that if you need to...
  7. I flagged your details for a Forum Admin to take a look at - hope it helps...
  8. I seem to send a lot of business their way for password and payment issues...
  9. Notes can be exported from the app in various ways but only from desktop installations. Web and mobile versions don't allow it. It's not a good idea to export all notebooks to one file because an export does not include notebook data. Better to export each notebook to a separate file. It's very rare for data to be 'lost' from an Evernote account, but lots of people still like to have a full copy of their notes somewhere safe, just in case. Think of it like wearing a helmet when you ride a bike... no-one wants or expects an accident, but they do happen. If you would like to see an option within Evernote to set up a regular export of all notes, notebook by notebook please tell them - feedback@evernote.com - and please vote in this Feature Request https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/147706-please-add-an-export-all-notebooks-option-to-the-desktop-app-notebooks-page/ Meantime... other options include: https://github.com/vzhd1701/evernote-backup - free (requires some expertise) https://www.backupery.com/products/backupery-for-evernote/ - paid service, but well worth it if you have several notebooks. https://www.cloudhq.net/evernote - also paid. (Backupery and CloudHQ download directly from Evernote's server)
  10. Because that offer is for new subscribers?
  11. Hi. Users don't seem to see Evernote's 'Sketch' notes as a viable handwriting option, though they do promote it as here - sketch on mobile devices. There have seemed to be some particular issues with Samsung devices. Penultimate is still an Evernote app available for iPad, but has not been updated for over a year. The 'best' way to capture and OCR handwriting may depend on your personal usage - would us prefer to use paper and scan the results? A smart pen or pad? A separate mobile app syncing back to Evernote? You should do an internet search for your budget, OS and available devices, but other Evernote users have suggested these options: 🔹Goodnotes - https://www.goodnotes.com (save OCR'd PDF to Evernote) 🔹Livescribe - https://uk.livescribe.com/ 🔹Nebo - https://www.nebo.app 🔹Rocketbook - https://getrocketbook.co.uk 🔹Wacom - https://www.wacom.com/en-gb
  12. Hi. How did you cancel and how long before/ after the payment date did you do so? Your account details are here - https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action - and AFAIK a mid-term change won't generate any email confirmations. If the date is in the future, you may get a reminder a month before the subscription is due. If it was in the past you would need to have contacted Support shortly after the date to request a refund. They are currently very busy and response times are around 10 working days.
  13. Hi. You can't pay for one account twice, so it seems most likely that when Support sorted out your subscription problem they cancelled payment on one account. You may have continued to use it until the payments ran out, and it's now reverted to 'free'. If you have login details for the 'other' account, I'd try both to see which works. By paying again (twice?) you may have created more accounts - either that or you have paid your subscription for the next three or four years... Try signing out of Evernote and back in, or restarting your device, in case the payments have only just gone through - and if you can find a working subscriber account, contact Support with as many details of your various accounts as possible. Support are here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new but they're very busy right now, so it may take a 10 days or so to get a tech response; but you'll have a ticket number which reserves a place in the queue.
  14. Not entirely sure what you want to see, or which calendar you intend using, but I'd think the easiest way would be to set up your repeating calendar entry and include in that entry a link to one or more notes.
  15. Hi. The forums here are mainly supported by other users like us. For feedback please see the link in most apps, or submit a Support ticket here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new Support are very busy right now so it may take a 7-10 days to get a tech response; but you'll have a ticket number which reserves a place in the queue. This is however not a 'problem' - it's the way that v10 actually works; anything more will be a feature upgrade and could happen in the future but not yet. Evernote are busy focussing on speed and reliability issues right now. Meantime there are two things you might try - clicking on the grey bar above some clips gives a 'magic wand' option to make them editable. -You might want to duplicate a test note before simplifying it. The other is to preserve any notes where the layout is of special importance by copying your Legacy content into a word-processor document. Anything in a container, or attached to a note will retain its original style. (It might be most efficient to print notes out and re-scan them as PDF files if you have a lot of notes to process.) The fact is however that Evernote Legacy is now out of date and will stop working at some point. For better or worse the 'new' v10 is the standard. It's used by millions (some of whom actually pay for the privilege) and most of them are not particularly bothered by the lack of style options. I don't see this being something that the company will prioritise. I could be (and frequently am) wrong.
  16. Hi. Connected devices are here - https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action To reconnect a device simply sign in to Evernote on that device.
  17. ? Seems like you are having a very bad day. Try https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - and issue type "Account"
  18. Does that mean that you're still unable to see your notes?
  19. Hi. Not true. The feature that you mainly used may have changed, but Evernote mostly hasn't. While the changes that occurred may have been inconvenient for you, there should be ways to work around them. You do have the choice to try, or to find another provider. Evernote is unlikely to have second thoughts on any of its changes at this late stage...
