Hello, I subscribed to EN Personal yesterday. After payment, I found my account had been upgraded. Then, I accidentally de-activated my account, and when I re-activated the account, I found my new subscription, which I purchased an hour ago was not showing! I am on the FREE tier.
It was not completely accidental. I was checking the de-activation section. I intended to go to the last step of de-activation (check what steps are included), there would be a Big 'RED' button which would warn me and I would go back. But, actually, in the Second Step when I clicked on the 'GREEN/WHITE' 'Next' Button, my account suddenly got deactivated. Then, I thought it was not a big issue, I might re-activate my account.
I re-activated my account following the steps; clicking on the reactivation link, setting a new password, and login again. I found all my notes are present but my subscription has gone. I got totally scared ๐จ. I subscribed just 60 minutes ago before this accident. Will my subscription amount be forfeited by EN? ๐ญ
Please can anybody help me? As I am no longer on the Paid plan, I can't access the chat option. I submitted a Ticket.
I have found that EN has a 60-day refund policy and It's just one day since I subscribed to EN. Can/Should I claim a refund? I paid via card on the EN website.
