  1. I can also reproduce this issue. We're currently working on a new editor and ensured this problem doesn't work there. Thanks for reporting!
  2. Hello folks, Evernote for Mac 7.12 beta 1 is out now and you can download it here. New: Security update Fixed: Fixed a crash that occurred when importing a previously exported web clip note Please continue to send your feedback. Thanks for testing!
  3. Thanks for reporting this! I was able to reproduce it and filed a ticket with engineering for a fix. To get around it for now, I would recommend to hightlight the text, right click on it (or ⌘K) and select Link > Add and paste the URL again. Thanks for reporting!
  4. This is a known issue that we already logged with engineering, but has been very spotty to reproduce. We found that most users were able to get rid of the problem by quitting and reopening the app, or by logging out and logging back into their Evernote app.
  5. Please try a clean install of Evernote for Mac and let me know if you continue to see the issue. I've scanned through a few hundred tickets and only have you and another user reporting this after 7.11 **I recommend you export any local notebooks and unsynced notes as a backup because they have not been synced to our server and will be unrecoverable after this procedure. For detailed instructions on exporting your notes, [click here](https://help.evernote.com/hc/articles/209005557).** Then follow these steps: 1. If Evernote is running, press **Command + Q** to quit the Evernote application 2. Download App Cleaner from the [App Cleaner website](http://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/) 3. When the download is complete: open the zip file, then open the App Cleaner app 4. Open the ‘Applications’ folder in your Finder and drag Evernote to the App Cleaner window 5. After App Cleaner searches for and lists all related files, click **Remove** 6. Download and install Evernote for Mac from the [Evernote website](https://evernote.com/download/) 7. Drag the Evernote icon into your ‘Applications’ folder 8. Open Evernote and log in to your Evernote account Looking forward to your reply.
  6. Try integrating Evernote to Postach.io.
  7. Hi, Just wanted to provide some clarity around this issue. Evernote 7.11 contains the fix for this, and is now available in the Mac App Store and direct download. All users I've worked with running into this issue reported 7.11 fixing it, so I'm interested in knowing why @SpyvsSpy is still seeing it. Please file a support ticket here if you're still seeing the problem after updating to 7.11.
  8. Hi Folks, Evernote for Mac 7.11 is now available to download. You can get it here. Fixes and Improvements: Fixed a data migration error that some users encountered after upgrading to 7.10 Fixed an issue where Evernote helper displayed null as keyboard shortcut. Fixed an issue where a recorded audio note that was shared via email would not play in MacOS Mail Fixed an issue where EvernoteSpotlight prompted for a password Enjoy!
  9. @luckman212, I would love to take a gander at those. Can you DM me the files so I can symbolicate them and look further into it?
  10. Not yet, but we're doing some foundational work that will address this and some other bugs.
  11. @GregZone This beta update is strictly focused in bug fixes and is not introducing anything new so it's relatively stable, but I understand your concerns. We normally have a beta version build out for 1-2 weeks depending on the feedback we receive from it. If you install 7.11 beta 1, you will be notified to receive the general availability update when released.
  12. We've released Evernote for Mac 7.11 Beta 1 with the fix for this problem. If anyone wants to try it, please see the link below and let me know if you continue to run into this problem.
  13. We have high usage of spotlight search currently, so disabling it is not something in our roadmap. We believe we have a fix for it and it's currently in testing.
  14. Hello folks, Evernote for Mac 7.11 Beta 1 is now available. You can download it here. Fixes and improvements: Fixed a data migration error that some users encountered after upgrading to 7.10 Fixed an issue where Evernote helper displayed null as keyboard shortcut. Fixed an issue where a recorded audio note that was shared via email would not play in MacOS Mail Fixed an issue where EvernoteSpotlight Keychain prompt appears periodically Known issues: Users without a retina display see fuzzy text in the editor As always, please continue to send us feedback. Thanks!
  15. Thanks folks. We're actively investigating a resolution for this. EvernoteSpotlight is a process initiated from our app when we authenticate the database to make it searchable with Spotlight. I'll post here again once we have found a fix. Thank you for your patience.
  16. @Etienne G I just meant that I could reproduce it after updating from 7.9 to 7.10, but then could not longer reproduce it after reinstalling 7.10. Sorry I wasn't clear. I'm wondering if anyone else is able to reproduce the issue after reinstalling Evernote 7.10.
  17. Has anyone here noticed if a reinstall of the Evernote for Mac app fixes this issue? Just curious. Haven't been able to reproduce it after update > reinstall. Thanks folks!
  18. Thanks for your feedback everyone. We will continue to look into it and I will keep you posted with updates. This is valuable info and I can't thank you enough.
  19. This is a tricky situation. You should contact Evernote's customer support here. If you're still logged into a device and you can sync and create new notes, you can most likely get access to your account back to change it to a valid email, but I would recommend contacting Support first for help. I bumped you to Premium for a week without any cost so you can get a hold of them via chat if you'd like.
  20. Hi! Sorry you're still running into problems. Can you clarify or give me steps to reproduce the drag and drop problem you're seeing? We fixed a few of them but not all.
  21. That's pretty weird. Is this happening in Evernote for Mac? Please check your font book's web collection to make sure it includes the following fonts: https://cl.ly/0b00c047751f/Image 2019-06-10 at 3.00.31 PM.png
  22. For those who are still running into this problem, please try the following: Open the Terminal app Paste the command codesign -vvvv /Applications/Evernote.app Press return. Please let me know if this fixes the problem, or if it reports anything not signed properly. If successful you'll see these last two lines /Applications/Evernote.app: valid on disk /Applications/Evernote.app: satisfies its Designated Requirement Thanks,
  23. Hi @Laurens900 I upgraded your account for a week to Evernote Premium so you can try to recover the note content using Note History. Additionally, how do you use Evernote? For example, Evernote for Mac, Windows, Web, etc?
  24. @luckman212 and @Caryn, do you have more than one Evernote account logged into Evernote and switch between accounts? If so, can you reproduce this issue if you log out all other accounts and just leave one? If you can DM me your activity logs too, that would be ideal. 1. Open Evernote for Mac 2. Hold down **Option** on the keyboard then click **Help > Show Logs in Finder...** from the menu to open the "logs" folder 3. Attach all the log files in your DM to me. Thanks for the help!
