You can generate an activity log by going to Help > Activity log and saving the file. Also just to confirm, is this a note you shared to someone, or a note you're trying to join from another user? Yes, this should be working as expected. You should be able to highlight word doc previews, copy and paste it.

Thanks, this is still a known issue. We're working on a new text editor that is currently in beta in Evernote Web. The issue is fixed there. We'll be deploying the new editor experience to the desktop apps later, so you should see a fix for this coming soon. Stay tuned!

We haven't seen issues yet that could result in losing data or something this bad, but we've seen some issues where the old editor will display the information differently. For example, if you use a checklist in the new editor, the old editor will display a bullet list with a checkbox instead.

We currently have a bug that you may be running into. If someone shares a notebook to you, and you share it to a third party, the third party won't have access to it. To get around the problem have the owner of the notebook share directly to the third party.

Hi folks, We are now slowly rolling out Evernote for Android 8.12 to our users. If you haven't seen the update in the Google Play Store yet, you will see it coming in the next few days. Fixed: The Create Notebook dialog and keyboard no longer disappear when you rotate your device while using dark theme. Download AZ Screen Recorder on your device (free) from the Google Play Store 2. Open the AZ Screen Recorder application and press the home button on your screen 3. Open the Evernote application and press the shutter/camera icon in the AZ Screen Recorder tool bar 4. Reproduce the issue 5. Stop recording once done by pulling down from the top of the Android screen and tapping **Stop** 6. Thanks for coming into the forums! Open a notebook in your Android app and click on the three dots on the top right corner. After this click on "Add to Home Screen". It's not exactly what you're asking for, but may be the closest workaround.

Note History is not available in notes shared to you. Only the owner of the notebook that is shared to you can access Note History associated to those notes, even if you create notes in their notebook. The New Evernote Web shows Note History for shared notes, which it shouldn't. Thanks for reporting this. I let our engineering team know about it and we hope to fix it soon to minimize confusion.

It's possible to have more than one email in your Account settings. Check that area of your account settings and delete any secondary emails you may have in there. If you don't have anything in there, try checking if you have any client rules that forward messages from Evernote to the secondary email address.

Hi, Do you have more details around this? Which browser did you use? Which operating system and version? Were you on the New Evernote Web when you couldn't see your notebooks? Any more details would be appreciated.

This is a known bug that we're working on fixing but we don't have an estimated date yet. It normally triggers the action when the account starts syncing again while you're scrolling. Some users reported this being fixed by just doing a full reinstall of Evernote for Mac. I apologize for the inconvenience.
