    Thanks for your patience while we worked on a fix. This issue is fixed in our 10.39 update that's scheduled for release today. I'll post here ASAP when it's released and available from https://evernote.com/download
  2. Austin G's post in Version 11.38.0 -- New Version Release Issue was marked as the answer
    Thanks again for this report. We have stopped the auto-updates to this version.  Please uninstall version 11.38 and install the current GA version, 10.36 from https://evernote.com/download.
    After reinstalling version 10.36 you should not see another prompt to update to version 11.38.

    Thanks!
  3. Austin G's post in Windows App Unable to Start Correctly, Cannot Download New Windows App was marked as the answer
    If you installed the application from the Microsoft App Store it will not be listed in the control panel, but is should be in the "Apps and Features" section. Please try these separate steps to uninstall the app: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-10-4b55f974-2cc6-2d2b-d092-5905080eaf98

    Which browser are you using when you try install the app https://evernote.com/download? To help isolate the issue please try using the Edge browser.

    @tranquillity
    This is likely related to our service issue today,  and should now be solved. Please let us know if the issue continues.

  6. Austin G's post in Differring tag filter results was marked as the answer
    @markjlThanks for reporting this issue.

    There is a known issue where recently tagged notes or recently installed clients may demonstrate this behavior. We are working on fixes for those issues.

    How long ago were the todoist tags added to these notes? If you try again now does it work?
    Lastly, does the same issue occur when using evernote web: https://www.evernote.com/client/web?

  7. Austin G's post in Retrieve all my notes from 2016-present was marked as the answer
    thanks @bobrep. Yes there are two separate accounts tied to two different addresses.

     Looks like both accounts were created in 2016 and the gmail account has been in use since.  Use these steps to merge the content of your two accounts: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209004867-Merge-the-contents-of-two-Evernote-accounts  The steps ask you to  export the notes from one to the other.

    Since it sounds like your gmail account contains most of your content I recommend moving your notes from the comcast account into that account. Even if you already upgraded the comcast.net account. We can sort out the billing after the accounts are in order easily.

    In my experience It's easiest to keep the content in the  account that has more notes and notebook, and move the notes from the account with less content over. Once all the notes are in the single account we can update the email address to your desired address and move the paid subscription over. I'll follow up with you in our email thread to continue to assist, but for anyone else that falls into this scenario the process outline is:
    Export notes from account with less content into account the account that contains more content Ensure anything  you need in the smaller account has been exported and saved into the large account  downgrade, refund, and deactivate the smaller account  update the email on the larger account to the desired email  upgrade the account  PS I redacted your emails from your post above for your email security because spammers sometimes like to abuse emails posted on forums.

    We're looking into this now. Thanks for these reports.  This issue appears to impact the installation from the app store only, but not for all customers.

    Please try uninstalling the app from the app store and reinstalling Evernote from https://evernote.com/download/. Please let us know if the issue continues after installing the direct download version of the app.

In the meantime Please update the browser to fix this, or revert to the previous version of Evernote Web from your settings page: https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action The previous version of Evernote web will load on the older browser versions. Thanks.
