  1. Thanks for your feedback and patience while we work on addressing this. Improvements to search are scheduled to be in the 10.6 release. Please let us know if search results are taking > 2 seconds to show recent changes to the notes after version 10.6 is released. Thanks!
  2. Thanks for notifying us. We're working on a few issues specific to the Windows 10 S platform. A fix is currently scheduled for the 10.6 release. Until then please use Evernote Web to access your notes on Windows 10 S: https://www.evernote.com/client/web Thank you for your patience while we work on this.
  3. @BalloonStorytellerWe were unable to see the issues reported in the latest version available from: https://evernote.com/download/. Since you're using version 10, updating to the latest version will make sure you receive the latest improvements. We're working on drag and drop improvements on both windows and mac.
  4. Hello, Thank you for this report. We are unbale to replicate this issue on version 10.4. Dragging the screenshot preview into the new on mac OS worked. Please go to https://evernote.com/download/ to install it. If the issue continues on 10.4 please confirm your OS version. thanks,
  5. Thank you all for your patience. Spell Check options are scheduled to be released with version 10.6. I will reply here when I have more details on that. thanks again.
  6. thanks @Paul Nelson. I DMed you for more info on this. Please check your forum inbox located in the top-right corner:
  7. Hi @Paul Nelson. The Evernote account associated with this forum account was created late last year. If you've been using Evernote for longer than that, the notes you need are likely in a different account tied to a different email. Please try logging in using your different emails here to verify which one has the notes: https://www.evernote.com/client/web
  8. Understood. You don't need access to that inbox to login to Evernote. Just type the email address and evernote account PW you used to login. Let me know if you see any errors when trying to login using that original email and PW. thanks!
  9. Thanks for this report. We're looking into this now. Are you able to view your notes if you reinstall the legacy app? You can download the Evernote Legacy app by following the instructions in this Help & Learning article: Install an older version of Evernote
  10. It sounds like you may have created a second account. Try logging in with your previous email to access your notes.
  11. @bentong @vicmarconi I've DMed you to request more info about this. Thanks for the report.
  12. @Shan LangThis means that the legacy app is not syncing the notes missing from the web app and our new Evernote for Windows 10 app. You can either export them from the legacy app and import them using version 10 to sync them, or send the activity logs from the legacy app to me in a DM here. I can check them for sync errors. Thanks.
  13. @egberto00 Thank you for reporting this issue. We are looking into this now. Please use note history with version 6.25 to recover a previous version of the PDF. I've reached via email to get more information. Please check your inbox.
  14. Thanks everyone for these reports. After the scans are saved to Evernote it will take time for them to be indexed and searchable. Are the scanned PDFs searchable if try searching them again now using version 10? Thanks.
  15. Thanks for verifying. We're looking into this now. the screenshot you provided was also very helpful. thanks again!
  16. @rafal108 Thanks for these screenshots and updates. comparing your screenshot to the original poster, it looks like there are two separate issues being reported in this thread. We're investigating both of these issues now now. For anyone else seeing this, please verify if your entire app is blank like this report or if there is a white window displayed in the app like this report: Thanks!
  17. Thank you all for these reports and logs. We are investigating this issue now.
  18. We appreciate all of your feedback and hear you. We're continuing to work on building more features and performance improvements in the new Evernote apps. Our latest release, version 10.3 has significant performance improvements, bug fixes, and some UI improvements. Check out the Coming Soon section of our release notes to see what else is coming soon: Quickly search and move to different note using a keyboard shortcut (Mac - CMD+J, Windows - Ctrl+Q) Create new audio recordings and playback audio files Top list view (the same condensed view as side-list, but the list is on top) Dragging and dropping note links directly into your note Global keyboard shortcuts Additional export options Others have mentioned it in this thread, but I did want to remind everyone reading that If 10.3 doesn't meet your needs just yet, you can reinstall the legacy version, 6.25.2. from here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/articles/360052560314 We're committed to keeping the legacy apps available until we're closer to closing the feature gap between them and the new clients. Since we're making no changes to the app, we feel that there's little risk in introducing a new bug that would potentially block you from using the legacy version. For example, there's still a handful of users using version 6.7.6. released over three years ago without major issues.
  19. Thank you all for this feedback. We are continuing to work on performance, UI improvements, and additional features in version 10. Our latest release, version 10.3 has improved performance around loading notes lists, and more are coming soon. For users that find that version 10.3 doesn't meet your needs just yet, you can reinstall the legacy version, 6.25.2. from here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/articles/360052560314 You can reinstall the legacy 6.25.2 version without removing the new version and keep both installed side-by-side. Just be sure to quit one before using the other. Thank you all for your patience while we continue to make improvements to the new Evernote version 10. We're committed to keeping the legacy apps available until we're closer to closing the feature gap between them and the new clients.

Select "More Details" to view the background processes 3. Select any processes with "Evernote" in the title, and end them 4. Open Windows Explorer 5. Paste %appdata% in the window header and press Enter 6. Delete the folder "Evernote" 7. Open Evernote and sign in Please reply here if these steps do not fix this issue.
  21. Yes. We retain the legacy database when installing version 10. This applies to both Mac and Windows.
  22. @Pedro @gustablone Thank you for this report. Please update to our latest release version 10.3 and let us know if the issue continues. You can install it from here: https://evernote.com/download/ Thanks!
  23. @clarer1 Thanks for this report. When did you last see these missing notes? In most cases the legacy app was not syncing before the upgrade, but the notes that didn't sync from the legacy app should still be saved in its local database. Did you reinstall the legacy app on the same device that you've used to previously access the missing notes? Looking forward to your reply.
  24. Thank you for this request. We are working on adding the note count to the left panel. Expect this in an update coming soon.
  25. @Mat A door @Kirkekulturgs Thank you for these reports. It could be that the legacy app stopped syncing on those dates. The notes should still be saved in your legacy app database. Please try reinstalling it and logging in to verify that. You can reinstall the legacy version of Evernote from here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/articles/360052560314 If the notes are visible in the legacy app you can export them from the legacy and import them into the new app to sync them, or DM me you activity logs here to troubleshoot the sync errors with the legacy app. Please let me know if the missing notes do not appear in the legacy Evernote for Windows Desktop app. Thanks!
