  3. @Cordy91Thanks for the report and for purchasing premium! It sounds like the Evernote app is having trouble recognizing the upgrade. We're looking into this now. In the meantime, please try signing out and back into the app. The upgrade should be recognized after that. Let us know if that's not the case. Thanks again!

  9. We are still investigating the issues. Based on the mixed responses, there could be a few different issues reported here. Are you able to log in using the web or do you also get an error? Some of the issues appear to be network specific. If you have access to a VPN, enabling it may allow you to login.

  19. Thanks for the confirmation. For anyone else needing this fix, we've now exposed this in the options menu. You can also use these steps to fix the black panel issue: Select: Tools > Options > General Disable "Enable Hardware Acceleration"
  20. We recently revoked a batch of user's apps due to a recent security incident. All users that were affected should have received an email last week regarding this. When a Windows OS device is revoked, either from our end or from https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action, an in-app prompt will display asking for your password. It looks like this: I agree. We can do better to identify that this popup is from us. I've passed this feedback to our development team for further review. If you prefer not to enter your password in this window, please follow these steps: Select Cancel to dismiss the prompt Select File > Sign Out Sign back in You may have to dismiss the prompt a few times before you can get to File > Sign out.
  21. To confirm, disabling the note panel view after an update isn't intended. We haven't seen this in our tests, but I'll keep a lookout for other reports. Please let me know if this happens again after the next update.
  22. You're welcome. I'm happy to help. Sometimes we overlook the easy stuff. I've provided feedback to the initial agent. They'll be sure to check this setting next time.

I just resent the reply, but I'll paste is here too: Please select View from the file menu, and ensure all the view options are enabled. Please let me know if you're unable to view your notes after enabling the note list, and note panel view options.
