Hi. Unpaid versions are limited to a total of 50 notes and one notebook, accessible from 2 devices only. If you already have more than 50 notes etc, then you won't be able to create new notes. Free accounts are now limited to a trial access only, not something for long term use. If one of your devices is a desktop PC you will be able to export your notes to ENEX, HTML or PDF files to transfer them to a new service, but there's no way to avoid the frequent reminders meantime. If you have signed up for a free trial you have a few days to take action before your account is charged, and you may be able to opt for monthly payments so that you can cancel quickly. You'll need to go to a web page - https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action - and scroll to the very bottom to cancel your subscription. If you are seeing screens that don't have an easy exit, do make sure that you don't have any screen magnification options set.

Tips for Organizing Evernote Notes Efficiently?
gazumped replied to Liam Lucas's topic in Evernote General Discussions
Hi. There are lots of authors out there with detailed explanations of their own systems, like GTD and many others. It's fairly easy to translate any of them into an Evernote style process and adjust it to your own preferences. Your needs will be different from mine - I prefer something simple that I can apply consistently (and find hard to mess up) based on notebooks and note titles, with some support from tags. Others prefer to rely on tags which can be nested to mimic a hierarchical folder system. You are always backed up by a very effect filter and search system, and you can use an AI to find things if you need to. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040282613 There's a lot of information both within Evernote and online - check out the many submissions on YouTube. Steve Dotto and Stacey Harmon are very good, and have some free and paid-for courses you can follow. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052565633 https://dottotech.com/ https://www.harmonenterprises.com/ My one tip? - Start using Evernote now - even if it's only to document your stamp collection. You need to get a feel for what it can do for you to be able to set up your own system for the future.- 1 reply

No clue. The folks at Evernote don't seem to lack coding skills, so I assume there are issues we don't know about - or they've scheduled work on the editor for later and this will wait until then. You can address some issues with templates or by duplicating notes - and if that doesn't work for you, one of the desktop automation tools like Make might help to make a format change a one-click affair...

Have you emptied your Trash notebook? - but to answer your question; no.

Hi. Please edit your post above to remove the email address - this is a public forum. We can't assist here with 2FA issues - this Forum is mainly supported by other users; and the Support team have been very busy - their reaction time is currently weeks rather than days. Please be patient - as long as you have a ticket number they'll get back to you.

Need to Export Notes - Desktop App Not Working
gazumped replied to Deanna Ash's topic in Evernote General Discussions
Hmmn. I know the app shows warnings if you're still using an old version, but haven't heard that it stops you opening it altogether... you could download the latest version to your desktop from Evernote.com and export notebooks from there. Unfortunately there's no 'export' from mobile eversions. -

Evernote - Outlook Calendar Integration
gazumped replied to Babis1215's topic in Evernote General Discussions
I assume it's still active - the only reference I have is here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025162234-Join-the-Evernote-Early-Access-Program As I recall it took a good few weeks from application to actual invite... -
Title column is too narrow after Evernote upgrade
gazumped replied to jbenson2's topic in Evernote General Discussions
That's positively antediluvian (thank you for giving me an opportunity to use that word by the way ) but it's standard for the usual app roll-out process. If I have any issues these days I just re-download the latest version from Evernote.com and install immediately - I'm bound to be at least one behind! -
Evernote - Outlook Calendar Integration
gazumped replied to Babis1215's topic in Evernote General Discussions
I'm actually not sure whether the Outlook Calendar has been launched publicly - I'm on a Professional subscription and a member of the Beta testing team so I have a live version on my account. Broadly I can add more calendars, pre-format notes I create and get reminders for events... I think you'd need a Pro subscription to add more than one calendar to your account, but you could try it out to see whether it works for you - the account doesn't need to have the same user details as your Evernote account. -

Evernote - Outlook Calendar Integration
gazumped replied to Babis1215's topic in Evernote General Discussions
Hi. The extent of "Outlook integration" is to link the calendar with Evernote's in-app version. It's also possible to create your Evernote account email address as a 'contact' to allow you to send/ forward emails. There are no other options I'm aware of. What features were you expecting would link between the two? Save emails into Evernote How to use Evernote for Outlook -
unable to export Notes
gazumped replied to kumareshb's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Hi. The GitHub solution is not under Evernote's control, but several here seem to use it. You'll need to make your own evaluation. You can export your notes from the PC to a variety of formats - it's not Evernote's responsibility to make them Apple compatible... -
Hi. We're mainly other users here. Difficulties with drag and drop have been discussed at length in other threads, and while this work-around involves two DnD moves, it's not a major issue for most. Being users we have no idea whether or when this might be changed - please contact Support for more on that - but be patient; they're very busy right now.

Sorry but what's in Trash is not 'stored', it's waiting disposal. I'm not sure how or why it would have been cleared without your specific request, but if the content is gone, it's probably gone forever. If you have access to another device which has not been synced recently you could try to view your account offline there - the Trash content is synced like any other notebook. Or if you have any system backups that might have included Evernote files, the Trask content might be recoverable, but the chances are not good.

No response to support ticket, how can I get help?
gazumped replied to tbdavies's topic in Evernote General Discussions
Hi. Support is famously overwhelmed at the moment. They will get back to you, but patience is required, There are no other means of access apart from a Support ticket. However... as it's been a while, if you can post the ticket number here we can ask a Forum Admin (they're employees, we're mainly other users here) to go remind the CS team that you're still waiting... -
Hi. We're mainly other users here, with limited Teams experience. Not sure what happened to the specialised Teams support options after Evernote moved to Italy. There's some generic information here, plus a link to Support who are very busy but will be able to help. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/categories/115001650607-Using-Evernote-Teams
