  1. You could try the Legacy version - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote ...but we're just other users. Try the Support link above for more..
  2. If Evernote authentication goes down and you're not logged in, then yes - you're unable to log back into the account and so can't see notes. Otherwise it's just like working offline - you're able to see and edit notes but any changes won't be synced until Evernote comes back up. Evernote doesn't have many outages, so it shouldn't be an issue.
  3. I understand your viewpoint, but the reality is that there are currently no extra Stack 'layers'. You either need to find a way to discriminate between your notes within the current hierarchy, or use a different provider. There are unlikely to be any useful changes in this process available to users for at least 12 months. I've attached a couple of links which may be helpful. https://zapier.com/blog/how-to-use-tags-and-labels/#pc https://medium.com/praxis-blog/how-to-use-evernote-for-your-creative-workflow-f048f0aa3ed1
  4. Hi. This is a user 2 user forum supported by volunteers, so we don't exactly give return-of-email responses. If you're having an issue with your account, that's a Support - level query. I suggest you try them... Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps
  5. In case it hasn't been mentioned yet.. Clipper does have a 'remarks' area for additional comments. I'd guess a work-around for clips with only one or two links would be to copy and paste the URL independently into that area to clip with the page. (NB I haven't checked to see whether they also get corrupted!). Other than that, contacting Support is the best strategy - it gives them some real-world clips to test against, plus the possibility of accessing users' logs to investigate further.
  6. Sorry - I missed this comment from earlier. See https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004395487-What-to-do-if-you-suspect-unauthorized-access-to-your-Evernote-account for general help, and the Support link on that page if you have a specific issue. Evernote do have a process of informing users if there has been any suspicious activity on their account, so if you didn't have an email from them, chances are your experience was not significant. However, this being a public forum - take it up with them direct if you have issues. No one here can comment further, other than offering our own uninformed opinions.
  7. It's running on Google servers. so I'd imagine they have the security angle pretty well covered...
  8. What version of Android are you running on the phone? Evernote v10 specifically requires Android 10 to run, and it seems odd that if your phone has escaped an update up to now, it would suddenly load the new Evernote version which has been available for some time. You should be able to download the previous version (8.13) from the Play store if your phone has an older version of Android. If not there are third-party sites that can provide the necessary old Evernote download, but some internet searching may be required for that. Hopefully it's just a question of uninstalling the current app / restarting the phone / reinstalling.
  9. Evernote say that they read all the posts ..eventually.. and we get product announcements and general comments from time to time, but they're busy enough with Support tickets that have a definite priority system and I wouldn't think they'd want to answer backdoor individual questions here. They may also not be too forthcoming about security matters generally - no point in saving the bad guys the work of exploring the system for potential weak spots by listing the ones they can eliminate as being protected...
  10. It may seem simple. but I'd bet it's not - Evernote are still in process of adding new processes and features to the app, so they'd have to work out ways to potentially include properties for things that don't exist yet...
  11. Hi. I'd recommend checking your device system status - make sure you have free storage and memory resources, and your network connection is running smoothly. Check that there are no issues with AV or VPN, because Evernote is now much more reliant on real-time syncing. If all of that looks normal you could try restarting the device - power off, then power back on - and if all else fails, uninstall then restart and reinstall Evernote. Finally, if the issue is still a problem, contact Support (which is not us): subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps
  12. Hi. We're a mainly user 2 user forum, and there are very few Teams users here. I'd suggest you contact Support directly for a more timely response.
  13. Hi. If you're looking to save screenshots to two different accounts, the easiest method is probably to have import folders set up on your desktop so that images saved to one folder go to one account, and those saved to another go to the other account. There are lots more options available these days, both within Evernote and courtesy of third-party automation add-ins like Zapier. If you could explain in more detail what you're looking to achieve, maybe we can advise you further...
  14. As the thread above describes, one can do so through a support ticket. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (or use the feedback option in the mobile client).

  16. Hi. You're trolling a 3-year old post for a previous version of the app. Please let us know what device and Evernote version you have and what image you're trying to copy...
  17. Hi. There are many posts in the forum about this, and similar numbers of explanations as to the cause and cures. Very briefly Evernote keeps the original of your notes on the server, and updates that with changes as you make them via browser, PC app or mobile. If "you" are connecting twice - if you have Evernote open on two devices - the server doesn't know which of any updates it receives is the most recent, so it saves both. If the connection from a browser drops out for any reason the server might be confused as to which updates it receives are most recent; so again it saves both. A good way to ensure this doesn't happen is to edit offline in a locally-saved file - Word, or your word-processor of choice - and attach the saved file to a note when you finish editing. Support may be able to help you troubleshoot your existing usage further if you wish. These Forums are mainly user 2 user - subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (or use the feedback option in the mobile client).
  18. Hi. How exactly are you sharing? What links /menus do you follow? I've not seen any other comments about this (yet) - have you contacted Support?
  19. Seems odd that you're unable to contact Support at all - have you tried Twitter? @EvernoteHelps
  20. The profile for Alok Shrestha - which is the name shown in your other post - no longer exists, possibly because Support converted it into your name after you complained the first time. This post, having been originally also allocated to that name, has currently reverted to you with that profile change. If this is not your query and you don't care to have your name attached, I'd suggest you simply delete it. I don't have access to do that. You, as the apparent author, do. Check the three dots menu at the top right of the first post. Alok Shrestra, if they exist, will have to make their own complaint once they work out where their forum access went to... . Since you ask, I'm a user and volunteer advisor and moderator on this forum. I can point people in the direction of solutions, but I don't fix problems for them.
