  1. Can you confirm the actual version numbers of your phone and Mac Evernote apps please? You may need to talk to Support (we're not them) about this - the only way I can think you are missing that many notes is if you accidentally created a new account and built up your 200 notes there. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  2. Hi. If you can't find a note by the content - which is presumably your passcode - what about checking recently updated notes as a search or a filter?
  3. If you didn't get a ticket number by now it was the wrong address. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com. Sadly you need a new OS or a new note-taking app. Legacy (if you can find an installer file) is not an option, neither is blocking updates.
  4. Sorry - I agree the Macs had a different structure. Support may be your best option here...
  5. More or less the same here. I believe a new version is coming soon.
  6. Hi. I'm not a MacOS user, but I'm sure one will be along in a while. To get things started though, what version of Evernote do you have?
  7. Hi. As the help page says, the option to convert local notebooks comes up automatically during the upgrade process, so maybe your separate activation caused some confusion, or there was a problem with one or more of the notes in your local notebook which crashed the feature. I'd suggest you sign out of Evernote and power your system off, then back on, then run the check for local notebooks again. Your original EXB file should still be on your system containing the rest of your files. Hopefully the system will recognise them and start the import again. It's possible that the existing imported notes will be duplicated - it might be an idea to move them into a temprary notebook before you retry this exercise just in case. If this doesn't resolve your issues, I'm afraid it's a Support problem - they're rather busy now, so responses might be a little slow, but definitely contact them about this.
  8. Hi. Sign out of Evernote and back in / restart your device / sign in via the web client at Evernote.com... Your note will be safe on the server, you're just having some issues seeing it.
  9. Hi. If you have subscription issues, you'll need to contact Support. I'm sure they will be able to resolve the problem, but it may take a little while at present - I believe they're extremely busy after recent outages. These Forums are mainly user 2 user but subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  10. Hi again - you've posted in the iOS forums, but Evernote 10.60.4 is not the iOS version; so lets start from first principles: what's your Device / OS / account type? (Free / personal / professional?)

  12. Merged. Again; users here, please contact Support. Also: if you didn't already, try signing out of Evernote before shutdown.
  13. I merged the two posts. As to reasons why - we're mainly other users. You'd need to ask Support.
  14. If you are the originator of a thread you will be reminded occasionally to pick one of the answers you saw as a solution. If you can find your thread (check in your) Forum profile - though it only shows two posts here... and use the three dots menu to see options.
  15. There are so many reports that clearly something is going on, but so far (touch wood) it hasn't affected me. I can only bang the usual drum that if you have a data loss, you should contact Support with full details so they can truly see how big a problem this is, and gather some activity logs so they can work out the cause. Some of the 'losses' I've seen are clearly user / browser / network errors - but even the ones outside Evernote's actual control might suggest ways to help users avoid them. 16. Hmmn. Wasn't me, honest! It's actually standard practice for updates to uninstall previous versions of the software to provide a clean install - but in most cases they're not doing a complete UX change. We're mostly users here, but if you want to express your concerns, reach out to Support!
  17. Hi. I assume you;re not a Teams (business) user, so let's start with your device / OS / Evernote version please. And have you tried checking your notes on another device?
  18. Hi. Have you tried checking another Evernote client? Uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
  19. Hi. You have (as it says) unsubscribed from the discussion, so won't get any more reminders if there are more contributions. If you remember the title, just search the internet with your preferred search engine for that complete phrase, or for keywords from that phrase, and you should get back to it. You can re-subscribe and/ or change your selections from there.
  20. Oops. Must read a post carefully before responding. Must read a post carefully before responding....
  21. Hmmn. Check in another client, and if you see the content there, just duplicate the note.
  22. Hi. I don't think there's a way to do this within Evernote - much moe effective to move the image to a photo editing package with more options, make your changes, then move back
  23. Hi. Did you check to see if any other devices were connected to your account? https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action Chances are what you saw was a server misbehaving - which happened for an hour earlier today, or possibly your system having some sort of glitch, which does happen to the best regulated operating systems. There's nothing to be concerned about, but feel free to raise it with Evernote Support. These Forums are mainly user 2 user but subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  24. Do you not have old people where you are? It was perhaps a bad joke, but I actually have no idea why I got a star. I also used to be a 'guru' and now I'm not. Unless you have an actual technical issue we can help with, can we consider this thread closed? You can read about the closure plans for Chat here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/18150451465107-We-are-retiring-Work-Chat
