  1. Hi. Does this not work for you? https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052565633
  2. Well shucks. A little research tells me - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500003792141-Tasks-Overview that the Tasks window contains some useful options, and Advanced Search Syntax is also good. Plus - contains:taskNotCompleted, or contains:taskCompleted - are some useful magic words...
  3. Yup - confirmed that I just set up a couple of 'to-do' notes that don't show up in searches. Windows 11 64bit desktop / EN 10.60.4 app. @Morgan G - since you've already started a ticket on this you should get first dibs on any answers - please let us know what the Brains Trust comes up with!
  4. 40 GB! My SD cards hold more than that!! Unless that was a mistype, you genuinely have a problem that needs urgent attention.
  5. You should still be able to get to your notes by signing in to Evernote.com, which is almost as good as the installed version - and you could try signing out of your current version and uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller Free, then power off/ on and reinstall.
  6. No. It's now 2 years (or more) since 6.25 was confirmed as discontinued, unsupported and generally not a good idea.
  7. This is how the world works. Sign out means you need to sign in again to get access. You don't then need to quit anything. Quit closes the app but you are still signed in. Or you could simply lock your computer...
  8. Any idea if there are common factors with previous times? Long sessions / lots of changes, or long sessions but mainly viewing or lots of short new notes? It's odd that anything just 'disappears' - it should be recoverable from somewhere...
  9. Are you using 'sign out' or 'quit' to close the app?
  10. Hi. Have you checked your account in another client (via Desktop or the web) to see if the parent copy of your account on the server has been affected? The notes may exist there. Otherwise it appears something has gone badly wrong with your connection to the network during your session with Evernote. I'd recommend you contact Support for additional help. These Forums are mainly user 2 user but subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  11. Hi. Copy & paste your content into a word processor and export to PDF from there?
  12. Hi. There are other posts on this - please search before posting. Also please contact Support so they can look into your situation. 13. Hi. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new for customer service / support. Use 'Account' as your query type. You'll get a ticket number to mark your place in the queue, and contact with an employee within a few days.
  14. Good luck in your new home. This being a (mainly) user-run forum, this was nothing to do with us - but since we all had six or seven years without price increases and plenty of notice it was coming, we mostly decided to give the company at least another year to see how things play out.
  15. I think if you heard nothing after a month a polite reminder might be due? As you probably know, you can chase from here... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/
  16. ? Are we talking about an app update? How was it 'internally requested'?? I'm confused.
  17. Try duplicating one of the notes you can see in Android - it might kickstart the connection again.
  18. Hi. Do you have an existing ticket for these items, or have you reported the issues to Support?
  19. The Forum is mainly run by other users. It's read by Evernote from time to time but they're unlikely to see your comment. Best way to make your points (and get your problem fixed) is to contact Support here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (subscribers) or here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (anyone) or give feedback here - feedback@evernote.com.
  20. Not that I know of... Edit: cancel that - there's one other so far. I merged the posts.
  21. Try duplicating one of the notes you can see on the old tablet to see whether that note (and maybe some others) pop back into existence.
  22. A bit hard until someone reports an issue to them, and it would be given more priority the more reports came in. Best advice for anyone still with these issues is to contact Support - at the least you'll get a direct answer and some certainty as to whether and when things might get fixed.
  23. I think they're working very hard on the 'back end' systems to improve speed and reliability - unknown how long it will take to see more improvement, but my desktop connection is currently very quick indeed.
