  1. Good luck in your new home. This being a (mainly) user-run forum, this was nothing to do with us - but since we all had six or seven years without price increases and plenty of notice it was coming, we mostly decided to give the company at least another year to see how things play out.
  2. I think if you heard nothing after a month a polite reminder might be due? As you probably know, you can chase from here... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/
  3. ? Are we talking about an app update? How was it 'internally requested'?? I'm confused.
  4. Try duplicating one of the notes you can see in Android - it might kickstart the connection again.
  5. Hi. Do you have an existing ticket for these items, or have you reported the issues to Support?
  6. The Forum is mainly run by other users. It's read by Evernote from time to time but they're unlikely to see your comment. Best way to make your points (and get your problem fixed) is to contact Support here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (subscribers) or here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (anyone) or give feedback here - feedback@evernote.com.
  7. Not that I know of... Edit: cancel that - there's one other so far. I merged the posts.
  8. Try duplicating one of the notes you can see on the old tablet to see whether that note (and maybe some others) pop back into existence.
  9. A bit hard until someone reports an issue to them, and it would be given more priority the more reports came in. Best advice for anyone still with these issues is to contact Support - at the least you'll get a direct answer and some certainty as to whether and when things might get fixed.
  10. I think they're working very hard on the 'back end' systems to improve speed and reliability - unknown how long it will take to see more improvement, but my desktop connection is currently very quick indeed.
  11. Can you confirm the actual version numbers of your phone and Mac Evernote apps please? You may need to talk to Support (we're not them) about this - the only way I can think you are missing that many notes is if you accidentally created a new account and built up your 200 notes there. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  12. Hi. If you can't find a note by the content - which is presumably your passcode - what about checking recently updated notes as a search or a filter?
  13. If you didn't get a ticket number by now it was the wrong address. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com. Sadly you need a new OS or a new note-taking app. Legacy (if you can find an installer file) is not an option, neither is blocking updates.
  14. Sorry - I agree the Macs had a different structure. Support may be your best option here...
  15. More or less the same here. I believe a new version is coming soon.
  16. Hi. I'm not a MacOS user, but I'm sure one will be along in a while. To get things started though, what version of Evernote do you have?
  17. Hi. As the help page says, the option to convert local notebooks comes up automatically during the upgrade process, so maybe your separate activation caused some confusion, or there was a problem with one or more of the notes in your local notebook which crashed the feature. I'd suggest you sign out of Evernote and power your system off, then back on, then run the check for local notebooks again. Your original EXB file should still be on your system containing the rest of your files. Hopefully the system will recognise them and start the import again. It's possible that the existing imported notes will be duplicated - it might be an idea to move them into a temprary notebook before you retry this exercise just in case. If this doesn't resolve your issues, I'm afraid it's a Support problem - they're rather busy now, so responses might be a little slow, but definitely contact them about this.
  18. Hi. Sign out of Evernote and back in / restart your device / sign in via the web client at Evernote.com... Your note will be safe on the server, you're just having some issues seeing it.
  19. Hi. If you have subscription issues, you'll need to contact Support. I'm sure they will be able to resolve the problem, but it may take a little while at present - I believe they're extremely busy after recent outages. These Forums are mainly user 2 user but subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  20. Hi again - you've posted in the iOS forums, but Evernote 10.60.4 is not the iOS version; so lets start from first principles: what's your Device / OS / account type? (Free / personal / professional?)
  21. These Forums are mainly user 2 user but subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps - feedback options are available too feedback@evernote.com.
  22. Merged. Again; users here, please contact Support. Also: if you didn't already, try signing out of Evernote before shutdown.
  23. I merged the two posts. As to reasons why - we're mainly other users. You'd need to ask Support.
  24. If you are the originator of a thread you will be reminded occasionally to pick one of the answers you saw as a solution. If you can find your thread (check in your) Forum profile - though it only shows two posts here... and use the three dots menu to see options.
