  1. Hi. Evernote is as subject to European GDPR under the new rules as is the rest of the Bending Spoons group.
  2. Hi. To get back to personal now, rather than at your next subscription renewal, you need to contact Support - we're mainly other users here...
  3. Hi. We're not the Evernote team - mostly other users here. Please contact Support if you can - the more requests they get, the faster this will be fixed.
  4. Try a different browser? Both links are still valid...
  5. Hi. Device / Evernote version? Have you tried uninstalling with Revo uninstaller and redownloading / reinstalling from Evernote.com?
  6. If you're talking about Legacy syncs, it may be more that the server has been switched off...
  7. Hi. How big are the files? Each one has to be downloaded over your mobile service, so may take some time to appear. The error also suggests a connection timeout. You could save 1080p wide x 96dpi images in Evernote and high-definition images separately in photography-friendly software if necessary. Evernote is not the best place for a phot gallery.
  8. Hi. Try exporting your additional notebook(s) to ENEX files, then delete the originals and reimport the notes if you have space for all of them within your 50 limit.
  9. Hi. Try https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true (no login required) and use the issue type 'Account'
  10. Hi. Have you restarted your device since subscribing? Is it possible that you paid your subscription for a different account? We're mainly other users here, so you need to contact Support via https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true and use the issue type 'Account' to get more help with this.
  11. Hi. If you're talking about the note itself, try clicking in that window.
  12. Hi. What happens if you try to log in with that email address? Did you activate 2FA? - Your notes aren't lost and they'll still be in your account once you get access back. If you can't do so directly, contact Support - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account". (We're mostly other users here)
  13. Hi. We're mostly users here and still (also mostly) with Evernote - while I believe there's some conversion software out there, I have no details. Maybe do an internet search and/ or ask OneNote?
  14. Hi. Evernote changed hands 1 year ago, and the new owners have been spending most of their time making the app faster and more reliable, so haven't got around to changing the features much (though they did add AI). I've been with the app for 15 years and have somewhere north of 60,000 notes, so find it pretty reasonable. If there are things you'd like to see changed, then feed them back to Evernote direct - we're mostly other users here...
  15. New subscribers only - sorry. You could try downgrading your account to Free. Go to https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action (it's the 'Billing' page of your online account) and check out the very bottom of the page, just above "Terms of Service". 'Cancel your Evernote subscription' is there - choosing it will downgrade you to Free. You may see some offers along the way...
  16. Hi. Please share your device / OS & Evernote version numbers and provide more details - does Evernote still run but shows no notes? Have you tried ;signing in to the Web version?
  17. Hi. Clearly something went wrong with communications here, but we're not the people you need to speak to - the Forum is mostly other users. Evernote has been doing away with the 'grandfathered' accounts which attracted very low rates, and renewing subscriptions at the new and much higher rates. They are (AFAIK) notifying subscribers of the change a month in advance of the due date, but perhaps the email got lost in your spam folder or your account address is no longer accurate. If you're willing to renew - and as you're now a non-subscriber - you should be able to reset your subscription with a healthy discount in the first year by upgrading from your existing account. If you have any difficulty please contact Evernote direct via https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - and use issue type "Account"
  18. Hi. There's a version 10.72.2 around, which shows the Windows equivalent as Alt-Shift-D which works. I use that interchangeably with a Phrase Express shortcut to insert date and time in one. No one here to fix things - we're mostly other users. Try the new version and if things are still not working contact Support.
  19. Agreed a grandparent > parent > child link structure is the only in-app work-around. I also use Workflowy which has an 'infinitely' nestable bullet-point structure for lists. I can link directly to an individual WF node and from there back to my Evernote note. (...and the new owners have only had just about a year to try and fix some of Evernote's many issues - maybe they'll get to this one in time,,,)
  20. Hi. You're posting in a 4-year old thread about an Android issue so I'd need to know your Windows or Mac OS and the Evernote version numbers to give any more precise advice. Plus we're not Evernote here, just other users. Depending on how long ago you subscribed, you could request a refund if you prefer - start here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
