  1. Hi. Uninstall with Revo Uninstaller Free and power your device off and on again before reinstalling.
  2. Hi. If you paid iTunes, you need to speak to them; otherwise use https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - and the issue type "Account"
  3. Hi. A price increase was announced in April and it's coming for everyone - https://evernote.com/blog - your choice whether the app is worth it or you choose to find an alternative.
  4. Hmmn. I think there's one bug in there at least - the "-tomat" example works correctly for me if there's another word in the note; i.e. use tomato and potato and you can exclude a hit on either word. I'm on Win11 currently and I have titled most of my notes with a year - haven't noticed any anomalies with the intitle: searches there. While the discussion is interesting I don't plan on spending my day trying to find holes in the search logic - please report any issues to Support so they can figure it out.
  5. Hmmn. If you don't see the same web page as me with the option to update your payments method - maybe try another browser?
  6. Did I misread the post? It seemed like the main problem was the device limit; subscribing not only gets around that but also gets access to support... eventually...
  7. Hi. Have you tried the version downloaded from Evernote.com? What version of MacOS do you have?
  8. Odd... you may have fallen through a crack in the billing system somehow... This is what the top of the Billing page looks like to me, using the link you provided I didn't ask what device you're using - I'm on a Win 11 desktop.
  9. Hi. We're mostly other users here, so no access to billing or other information. There are several possibilities for your situation though - You're presumably on a Basic (free) account because your last payment in 2023 was missed. If the contact email address in your account is correct you would have received emails around that time confirming the account was due, unpaid, and eventually downgraded. You were on a Premium account which is no longer available - you may have been asked (again by email) whether you wanted to upgrade or cancel. The same page that shows your payment above also shows your payment method and account level. If you update the card and change your level to Professional or Personal you'll be able to resume your subscription.
  10. Hey Dave - I watched quickly (hoping for some advanced tips! ) I may have missed it, but I don't think you mentioned that backups and exports are only available from desktop apps, or that the 100-note limit does not apply if you export from the Notebooks page and export the whole notebook. There's also at least one helper app for exports - the Evernote Backup system from Github (although that's probably not in the tech range of your viewer demographic). (Full disclosure - I was hoping you were going to cover the Github app because I haven't gotten around to installing it yet either! )
  11. Hi. AFAIK there are no import options via the web client.
  12. No clue when v4 was current, but I'd say you had the best of the bargain with up to 10 years free use of Evernote's services. It's not possible to get 'around' the device limit restrictions, but you could consider subscribing - even if only for a month - to get back to your notes immediately. As a new subscriber you will probably see some discounts from the standard cost.
  13. For the record we're not paid staff and the reason we're less than patient with many complaints is because most posters really do believe that they deserve a free lunch for their "support".
  14. Hi. If you are a subscriber, try https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - we're mainly other users here...
  15. Hi. If you are a subscriber, support is at https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - meantime maybe try an alternative app?
  16. There's no device limit as such, but local network limits may affect how quickly each one can update to the latest alterations to a single note - 2/3 devices should be fine; 5 may be pushing it - you'd have to experiment.
