  1. Hi @JMichaelTX, thanks for reporting this. I'm unable to reproduce these issues with version 7.4. Does the issues persist after selecting Reset Shortcuts in the Clipper's Shortcuts menu in Settings?
  2. Hi @Luís L., thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce this issue and filed a ticket with our developers to investigate. I don't have a specific timeframe for when a fix will be available but will update this thread with more information as soon as I have it.
  3. Hi @adeyemob, Welcome to the forums. The grid layout for the notebook view in Evernote Mac was removed with the 6.12 update. I've moved this thread to the Mac Product Feedback forum as a feature request. Please let me know if you have any questions.
  4. It looks like our developers have implemented the fix for this and it is currently scheduled to come out in one of the version 6.12 updates. I don't have a firm date or version number I'm able to provide. Do the tags appear when logging into your account from the web at evernote.com? If not, the force sync steps I posted above should resolve the issue. Please let me know how this works out for you.
  5. Hi @CPN, welcome to the forums! There is indeed a plugin for the desktop Outlook app for Mac. To get started with this feature, please visit the following Help & Learning center article: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005997-How-to-use-Evernote-for-Outlook#options I hope that helps!
  6. @zonderkoolzuur; I don't have the full technical explanation, however as was mentioned previously in this thread the short story is that macOS changed the way PDFs were handled in Preview and therefore Evernote's ability to use Preview for annotation of PDFs. Our developers have had a report filed with Apple since the release of Sierra and a fix is scheduled for release in an upcoming update. I don't have a more specific timeframe I'm able to provide. If and when more details are made available to me, I will update this thread.
  7. I've checked with our development team and it appears the fix for this looks is scheduled to come out in the next 2-3 updates to Evernote Mac. I don't currently have a firmer timeframe I'm able to provide.
  8. @zonderkoolzuur I'm on the 6.11 GA and am no longer able to reproduce this issue. You might want to log out of Evernote, reboot the computer, then log back in. **Edited**
  9. Hi @Meraig, I'm the agent that took your ticket and I did note that I was able to reproduce the issue. Our developers have been working diligently to make many improvements to the note editor for the next release, version 6.11. Thanks for hanging in there. I appreciate your patience while the team works on the editor. I do think once their work is complete, you will see consistency with the way bulleted lists and other elements display in Evernote and other apps. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
  10. We on the Support team welcome feedback and requests for features, and do pass these along to the development and management teams. Our development team does their best to review the requests on these forums for consideration, however posting a feature request is not a guarantee it will be implemented. While the development team doesn't always have time to reply to feature request threads, your votes do have an impact on what gets brought up in discussions as to what features to implement in future updates. However, feature requests are just that: requests. We can not promise that requested features will be added. The Support team does not have the ability to provide the reasoning behind why the development team has not implemented certain features, because we don't work behind the scenes to know exactly what kind of resources are needed to do so. We also do not publicly share our roadmap for future updates or features.
  11. Hi @caledavis, that's correct. @Eduardo Estefano - please see my original post in this thread
  12. Hi @jwblacks, If you double click on the note.xhtml file for that note from the content folder in your database, it should open in a web browser where you can then copy and paste the content back into Evernote.
  13. Hi @rochellefp, I've created a support ticket on your behalf. Let me know if the email doesn't appear in the inbox or spam folder of the email address used for your Evernote account!
  14. Hi everyone, For those of you who have experienced this issue, the fix will be included in beta 2 of Evernote Mac version 6.11. You can update to the beta track using the steps here: For those of you that do not want to update to the beta, the recommended workaround is to right click on the PDF in the note, select Open with... > Preview, then select and copy your desired text from the PDF. Feel free to let me know here if you have any questions!
  15. Hi @seamusmcaffrey, You can revoke access to the Drive integration in your account settings here: https://www.evernote.com/ConnectedServices.action After revoking access to the integration, you should be able to paste the link back into the note as a hyperlink. I hope that helps.
