  1. Hey @zombie_chris; Thanks for your patience in working through this. I looked into your support ticket and see that you responded today one of our agents with the requested logs. It's around 4:15 pm CT on a Sunday here, the agent you are working with works Monday - Friday. Since tomorrow is the Memorial Day holiday the office will be closed, but she will be in touch with you ASAP when back in the office after the holiday. If there's anything you need, feel free to DM me in the meantime.
  2. Thanks for the heads up @Sayre Ambrosio! A quick update: So far any reports of this issue I've seen documented have been with the direct download version of the Evernote application (from our website). As a workaround for users that don't want to update to the beta, I have seen several users have success with uninstalling Evernote and reinstalling the Mac App Store version. I hope that helps. Let me know if there are any questions in the meantime.
  3. It looks like our developers have implemented the fix for this and it is currently scheduled to come out in one of the version 6.12 updates. I don't have a firm date or version number I'm able to provide. Do the tags appear when logging into your account from the web at evernote.com? If not, the force sync steps I posted above should resolve the issue. Please let me know how this works out for you.
  4. Hi there @Justin M Zielke, please see this thread for more information:
  5. It looks like the fix is scheduled to come out in the next few updates to Evernote Mac. I don't have any more details at the moment but will provide an update here as I receive them.
  6. Hi @CPN, welcome to the forums! There is indeed a plugin for the desktop Outlook app for Mac. To get started with this feature, please visit the following Help & Learning center article: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005997-How-to-use-Evernote-for-Outlook#options I hope that helps!
  7. Hi @SportySpice, welcome to the forums! This issue normally occurs when you have hit or exceeded the 250 notebook limit in Evernote. Are you able to verify how many notebooks you have in your account? If you have 250 or more notebooks, there is not a way to increase the limit of 250 notebooks in Evernote. In order to get the application syncing again, you will have to delete the last created notebooks you created. If you have notes in those notebooks, you will need to compile them into less notebooks. Right-click the note, and move them to a another notebook until you have compiled them into a number of notebooks below 250. You can find more information on the system limits of Evernote here: What are the system limits of Evernote? I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
  8. Hi Everyone, I wanted to jump in and provide an update on this. I'm not able to provide a specific timeframe for when the fix for this will be pushed but it looks like it's been resolved and the fix is scheduled to come out in the next 2-3 updates to Evernote Mac. There aren't any workarounds for this issue as it requires a software update to fix, so make sure to keep Evernote Mac updated so you don't miss out on the fix. Thanks for your patience while we get this corrected. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
  9. Hi @Flajjer, welcome to the forums! You can create links between your notes in Evernote following the steps here: How to use note links to connect between notes You can create table of contents notes as well following the steps here: How to create a table of contents with links to other notes I hope that helps!
  10. Hi @persod, welcome to the forums and thanks for reporting this. Our development team is aware of an issue where Evernote is no longer appearing as an option in the Share menu in macOS and are actively investigating a fix. For now, the quickest workaround to get your images from Photos would be to first drag them to your desktop, then into Evernote on your dock.
  11. Hi @rz285, please see the above thread.
  12. @zonderkoolzuur; I don't have the full technical explanation, however as was mentioned previously in this thread the short story is that macOS changed the way PDFs were handled in Preview and therefore Evernote's ability to use Preview for annotation of PDFs. Our developers have had a report filed with Apple since the release of Sierra and a fix is scheduled for release in an upcoming update. I don't have a more specific timeframe I'm able to provide. If and when more details are made available to me, I will update this thread.
  13. Hi @lino sutter, thanks for letting me know. Can you try the following steps to trigger a force sync in Evernote Mac and let me know if the issue persists? 1. Open Evernote for Mac 2. Hold the Shift and Option keys on your keyboard and click the sync wheel (next to your username) 3. Depending on the number of notes in your account, the amount of time it can take for the force sync to finish will vary. Please allow the application to complete the sync process before continuing to use the application.
  14. Hi @mmfillenord, Welcome to the forums. You can turn the Context feature off in Evernote's preferences: In Evernote Mac, open Evernote then select Evernote > Preferences > Context from the menu bar and un-check the Show Context box. In Evernote Windows, open Evernote and then select Tools > Options > Note and un-check the Context box at the bottom. You can find more information on the Context feature here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209004707-How-Context-enhances-your-notes https://evernote.com/context/faq/ Let me know if you have any questions.
  15. Thank you for letting me know. Would you mind submitting a support ticket and letting me know the ticket number here? I look forward to your response.
