  1. Hi everyone, Please try adding the full www.evernote.com URL to the Allowed cookie sites to resolve the issue:
  2. Hi @JMichaelTX, thanks for reporting this. I'm unable to reproduce these issues with version 7.4. Does the issues persist after selecting Reset Shortcuts in the Clipper's Shortcuts menu in Settings?
  3. Hi @Luís L., thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce this issue and filed a ticket with our developers to investigate. I don't have a specific timeframe for when a fix will be available but will update this thread with more information as soon as I have it.
  4. Hi everyone, Over the last few days, we have had other reports of the issue reported here when Clipping using the new Gmail interface. Our development team is aware of this issue and is currently working to fix this issue as quickly as possible. While I do not have a definitive timeframe for the fix, we anticipate that it will be implemented in our next two updates to the Clipper. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this.
  5. Hi @Metrodon, Can you provide the steps to reproduce that are getting your note list into this state as well as DM me your logs? We have a similar issue occurring but it is separate from the issue reported above. I'd like to confirm that this isn't a regression. Thanks!
  6. Hi all, Thanks for reporting this and for your patience. We've filed a case for this issue with our Skitch developers and the fix is slated for the next update, version 2.8.1. I don't currently have an estimate on when that's going to be released. I will continue to update this thread with more information as I receive it, let me know if there are any questions.
  7. Hi @adeyemob, Welcome to the forums. The grid layout for the notebook view in Evernote Mac was removed with the 6.12 update. I've moved this thread to the Mac Product Feedback forum as a feature request. Please let me know if you have any questions.
  8. Hi @Fjimenez, We typically recommend against reinstalling previous versions as they do not contain the latest stability fixes. That being said, you can find the link to the previous public release (version 6.11.1) here: You would need to follow the steps in the article below to uninstall the current version of Evernote, then reinstall from the link provided in the thread above: How to uninstall and reinstall Evernote I hope that helps.
  9. Hi @ahhoang3, Thanks for reporting this. Please see my post in this thread: I hope that helps!
  10. Hi everyone, I wanted to provide an update for anyone who is still experiencing the issue where icons appear fuzzy or distorted in Evernote after updating to version 6.11: : Our developers have isolated this issue as specifically affecting versions of OSX earlier than 10.10.5. Updating your Mac's OS to version 10.10.5 or higher will resolve this issue. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
  11. Correct. I don't believe the fix will retroactively fix previously captured images, but going forward new images added to Evernote from iOS devices should appear properly in Evernote Mac.
  12. Hi @Mark410, When you download Evernote on a Mac, your entire database of notes and notebooks are also downloaded to your file directory. Reinstalling Evernote does not reinstall the database, this remains intact. Only the application itself is being reinstalled. If all of your notes appear on Evernote Web at evernote.com, that means they are properly synced to our server. There is a way to rebuild the local database on your Mac, but if all you are wanting to do is reinstall the application, you won't need to worry about having to sync your notes back down from the server. I hope that helps.
  13. Hi everyone, I wanted to provide an update on this issue. This should be resolved in the latest release for Evernote for iOS, version 8.3. If you haven't already, please update your iOS device to this version to resolve the issue. If it persists after the update, please don't hesitate to reach out to me here.
  14. Hi there everyone, As a few others have pointed out our developers have isolated this issue this issue to the version of OSX prior to 10.10.5. There won't be a fix pushed out for this but updating OSX to that version or higher will resolve the issue.
  15. Thanks @gazumped. This is actually an issue with the iOS version of Evernote. I don't have a timeframe for when a fix will be available but I can assure everyone that our iOS team is currently investigating a fix. Let me know if there are any questions.
  16. Hi @stempe4390, Here's a brief explanation of why conflicting modifications occur and how to resolve them: I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
  17. Hi @jb.newton51@gmail.com, With Evernote Premium, you have the option of adding accounts for quick account switching in Evernote for Mac and Windows. You can find more information here: How to switch between multiple accounts in Evernote for Mac or Windows I hope that helps!
  18. Hi @Geotrouvetout67, While the web app is not officially supported on mobile browsers, a workaround would be to request the desktop site by visiting evernote.com, then tapping and holding the refresh icon in the browser's URL bar > Request Desktop Site. We cannot guarantee that the functionality will work in the same way as when accessed from a desktop web browser, but that is an option. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
  19. Hi @Isabello, Thanks for reporting this. Please submit a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can gather your activity log and have our technical support reps look into this. Let me know if you have any issues creating a ticket!
  20. Hi @Portmanteau, @Rainebo, and @amimariscal, Thanks for reporting this. Are you able to tell me what version number of Evernote you have installed? Additionally, do all of your notes appear on Evernote Web when logging into your account from a desktop web browser at evernote.com? I look forward to your responses.
  21. Hi @TolgaD, This issue is specific to images taken with the iOS version of Evernote. There is currently a report filed with our developers who are currently investigating a potential fix. I don't have a timeframe I'm able to provide for when this will be pushed. Right now the recommended workaround is to right click or Ctrl+click on the image and rotate it. If you have any questions in the meantime please let me know.
  22. Hey @zombie_chris; Thanks for your patience in working through this. I looked into your support ticket and see that you responded today one of our agents with the requested logs. It's around 4:15 pm CT on a Sunday here, the agent you are working with works Monday - Friday. Since tomorrow is the Memorial Day holiday the office will be closed, but she will be in touch with you ASAP when back in the office after the holiday. If there's anything you need, feel free to DM me in the meantime.
  23. Thanks for the heads up @Sayre Ambrosio! A quick update: So far any reports of this issue I've seen documented have been with the direct download version of the Evernote application (from our website). As a workaround for users that don't want to update to the beta, I have seen several users have success with uninstalling Evernote and reinstalling the Mac App Store version. I hope that helps. Let me know if there are any questions in the meantime.
  24. It looks like our developers have implemented the fix for this and it is currently scheduled to come out in one of the version 6.12 updates. I don't have a firm date or version number I'm able to provide. Do the tags appear when logging into your account from the web at evernote.com? If not, the force sync steps I posted above should resolve the issue. Please let me know how this works out for you.
  25. Hi there @Justin M Zielke, please see this thread for more information:
