  1. BSR's post in Is there now a built in/available plug-in for Outlook (Mac) was marked as the answer
Hi @CPN, welcome to the forums!
There is indeed a plugin for the desktop Outlook app for Mac. To get started with this feature, please visit the following Help & Learning center article:

    I hope that helps!
  2. BSR's post in Bulleted list copy/paste problems was marked as the answer
    Hi @Meraig,
I'm the agent that took your ticket and I did note that I was able to reproduce the issue. Our developers have been working diligently to make many improvements to the note editor for the next release, version 6.11.
Thanks for hanging in there. I appreciate your patience while the team works on the editor. I do think once their work is complete, you will see consistency with the way bulleted lists and other elements display in Evernote and other apps.
Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
  3. BSR's post in Notebook Disappeared!!!! was marked as the answer
    Hi @jwblacks,
If you double click on the note.xhtml file for that note from the content folder in your database, it should open in a web browser where you can then copy and paste the content back into Evernote.
  4. BSR's post in Google Docs Integrations & Link Format was marked as the answer
    Hi @seamusmcaffrey,
You can revoke access to the Drive integration in your account settings here:
    https://www.evernote.com/ConnectedServices.action
After revoking access to the integration, you should be able to paste the link back into the note as a hyperlink.
    I hope that helps.
  5. BSR's post in SSL/Proxy errors with Mac Desktop client - "Could not connect to server" was marked as the answer
@Jason Lazerus would you mind submitting a support ticket? These issues typically occur when the internet connection is slow or the computer is connected through a firewall/VPN. If you let me know the ticket number here I'll be able to follow up on it for you. Thanks!
  6. BSR's post in Problems annotating in Sierra was marked as the answer
    Hello everyone,
I wanted to drop in and provide an update on this.
I'd like to thank you all for your continued patience as our developers work on resolving the annotation issues encountered post-Sierra. The fix for the issue where annotation tools are unresponsive/only respond intermittently to markups will be in version 6.10 Beta 2. This should be out sometime next week hopefully. More information will be available here as I receive it.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Hi @Patrik55, welcome to the Forums!
You can export your content from Evernote at any time using the desktop application for a Mac or Windows PC. For more information on exporting your notes, please visit the following Help and Learning Center article:
How to back up (export) and restore (import) notes and notebooks
I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I can be of any further assistance.
  8. BSR's post in How to change the name of a notebook in Mac was marked as the answer
Hi there @ptsgrad2001, welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for posting those steps. You can also rename a notebook in the desktop application for Mac by right-clicking (or Ctrl + click) on the notebook and select Rename Notebook. Please note that this will only work for notebooks you have created, not ones that were shared with you.
