BSR's post in Skitch High Sierra bug draggin the image will post the first screenshot you took was marked as the answer
Thanks for reporting this and for your patience. We've filed a case for this issue with our Skitch developers and the fix is slated for the next update, version 2.8.1. I don't currently have an estimate on when that's going to be released. I will continue to update this thread with more information as I receive it, let me know if there are any questions.
BSR's post in Reinstall & Sync Question was marked as the answer
When you download Evernote on a Mac, your entire database of notes and notebooks are also downloaded to your file directory. Reinstalling Evernote does not reinstall the database, this remains intact. Only the application itself is being reinstalled. If all of your notes appear on Evernote Web at evernote.com, that means they are properly synced to our server. There is a way to rebuild the local database on your Mac, but if all you are wanting to do is reinstall the application, you won't need to worry about having to sync your notes back down from the server.
I hope that helps.
BSR's post in Bug: Images from iOS are distorted on Mac was marked as the answer
I wanted to provide an update on this issue. This should be resolved in the latest release for Evernote for iOS, version 8.3. If you haven't already, please update your iOS device to this version to resolve the issue.
If it persists after the update, please don't hesitate to reach out to me here.
BSR's post in Evernote icons are not rendering? not displaying correctly? was marked as the answer
Hi there everyone,
As a few others have pointed out our developers have isolated this issue this issue to the version of OSX prior to 10.10.5. There won't be a fix pushed out for this but updating OSX to that version or higher will resolve the issue.

BSR's post in Images stretched was marked as the answer
This issue is specific to images taken with the iOS version of Evernote. There is currently a report filed with our developers who are currently investigating a potential fix. I don't have a timeframe I'm able to provide for when this will be pushed.
Right now the recommended workaround is to right click or Ctrl+click on the image and rotate it.
If you have any questions in the meantime please let me know.
BSR's post in Evernote as extension? was marked as the answer
Thanks for the heads up @Sayre Ambrosio!
A quick update: So far any reports of this issue I've seen documented have been with the direct download version of the Evernote application (from our website). As a workaround for users that don't want to update to the beta, I have seen several users have success with uninstalling Evernote and reinstalling the Mac App Store version.
I hope that helps. Let me know if there are any questions in the meantime.

BSR's post in Can't create New Notebook was marked as the answer
Hi @SportySpice, welcome to the forums!
This issue normally occurs when you have hit or exceeded the 250 notebook limit in Evernote. Are you able to verify how many notebooks you have in your account?
If you have 250 or more notebooks, there is not a way to increase the limit of 250 notebooks in Evernote. In order to get the application syncing again, you will have to delete the last created notebooks you created.
If you have notes in those notebooks, you will need to compile them into less notebooks. Right-click the note, and move them to a another notebook until you have compiled them into a number of notebooks below 250.
You can find more information on the system limits of Evernote here:
What are the system limits of Evernote?
I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

BSR's post in Why can't I run Evernote on OS X 10.9.5? was marked as the answer
Hi there @kerrysusser, as I mentioned in my post above -
There is an report filed with our developers on this issue affecting version 6.8, however there have not been any updates regarding this and I do not expect any movement on this anytime soon as this is an older version that is no longer being supported. The best recommendation I can make if you are unable to update your version of macOS is to use the web version of Evernote at evernote.com.
BSR's post in "Quick note could not be saved" was marked as the answer
Please try the following steps to resolve the issue with the Helper:
1. Quit Evernote and Evernote Helper
2. Open Finder
3. Go to ‘Go' > 'Go To Folder'
4. Insert `~/Library/Group Containers/Q79WDW8YH9.com.evernote.Evernote/Evernote/`
5. Move the folder "quick-note" to the desktop
6. Launch Evernote and try reproducing the issue again.
BSR's post in New (serious) user with questions was marked as the answer
Hi @Daphne G-G; welcome to the forums!
If you're still on Evernote version 2.0 on your Mac, you are quite a few versions behind. The current version is 6.11 and should resemble something closer to what you are seeing in the tutorials.
If you are able to, I'd recommend reinstalling the latest version of Evernote for Mac. You will need to be on a Mac running OSX 10.10 or higher to be able to do this.
Since you are on much older version, your best bet would be to make sure all of your notes and notebooks appear properly when signing into your account at evernote.com from a desktop web browser, then reinstall Evernote using the steps here:
Please let me know how it goes or if you have any questions!
BSR's post in Still Getting Black Screen on Maximize was marked as the answer
The fix for this is coming in the next 2-3 updates for Evernote Mac. I don't have a specific timeframe I'm able to provide for when this will be released, but it's on the horizon. There currently aren't any workarounds for this issue unfortunately. I know that it isn't ideal to have to adjust your workflow and not use Evernote in full-screen when you need to, but that is the only way around this issue at this time.
I do see our support rep that took your ticket offered to follow up with you when the fix for this is pushed. If you have any questions between now and then, feel free to let me know here or you can respond to the rep that took your ticket directly.

I believe this was an issue in an older version of the Safari Clipper. If you haven't updated the Clipper to version 6.11, do so following these steps to resolve the issue:
To reinstall the Evernote Web Clipper for Safari, follow these steps:
1. Open Safari and select Safari > Preferences from the menu bar
2. Choose Extensions > Evernote Web Clipper > Uninstall
3. Quit and reopen Safari
4. Download and install the Evernote Web Clipper from http://evernote.com/webclipper
Please let me know how this works out for you.
BSR's post in Font size keeps changing to 10 was marked as the answer
Hi @EliazarOjeda; thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce this issue on v. 6.10 but since updating to v. 6.11 beta 4 am no longer able to reproduce this.
There have been a great number of enhancements made to the note editor in v. 6.11, so it's possible this was resolved in 6.11. At this time there is not a release date set for the general release. If you want to be part of the beta testing for 6.11 you can find that at the link below, but keep in mind it is a beta and the support team cannot troubleshoot issues for this version.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

BSR's post in How to create shortcuts link on sidebar in Mac when in half screen mode was marked as the answer
@Hippo987Thanks for posting that. You won't be able to make your shortcuts appear in the sidebar when it's collapsed. You can still add and remove notes from your shortcuts by selecting the note, then selecting Note > Add Note to Shortcuts/Remove Note from Shortcuts.
