    We do not believe that this issue is specific to iPad, and may affect other iOS devices.
    We're further investigating into this issue, and I'll follow-up here once I have more information.

    With the introduction of the new Evernote for Windows app, we made the decision to discontinue support for Outlook Clipper and we won’t be making any further updates to this add-on.
    The alternative and recommended solution is to use the Evernote for Outlook add-on, which is a separate installation that will allow you to have the same type of Outlook integration that you do now.

    I am locking and closing this thread as we believe the 10.0.3. update should address the root cause of the duplication issue for most of the users that have reported it on this thread.
    To clarify, we have seen some users report that they are still having some issues with duplicate notes after updating to version 10.0.3, but we believe the root cause of that issue is different than the one that caused this duplication issue.
    In this case, I've created this thread:

    On your iPhone 12, did you start off on 10.0.1. and then update to 10.0.2.? Or, did you start off with 10.0.2.?

    If you updated from 10.0.1. to 10.0.2., could you try uninstalling/reinstalling and see if the crashing issue still occurs?

    A limitation of the App Store makes it so that we cannot offer an older version of the app, so there is not a way to downgrade to a previous version at this time.
