@dcampbell Thanks for letting us know.
I've located the support ticket you opened and expedited the urgency on it.
You should be hearing back from someone soon.
Also, do you see any versions in your Note History that have the files/images?
Shane D.'s post in [Answered] Outlook Clipper in new Windows version gone? was marked as the answer
With the introduction of the new Evernote for Windows app, we made the decision to discontinue support for Outlook Clipper and we won’t be making any further updates to this add-on.
The alternative and recommended solution is to use the Evernote for Outlook add-on, which is a separate installation that will allow you to have the same type of Outlook integration that you do now.

Shane D.'s post in App Preferences: Selection is too limited was marked as the answer
@Dave-in-Decatur is correct, and this is a feature that we haven't implemented yet.
In this case, I've modified the title to better reflect the request.
Also, here is the Mac version of this request for anyone that is looking for it:
Shane D.'s post in Duplicates: Multiples of the (same) note is created, when creating one note was marked as the answer
I am locking and closing this thread as we believe the 10.0.3. update should address the root cause of the duplication issue for most of the users that have reported it on this thread.
To clarify, we have seen some users report that they are still having some issues with duplicate notes after updating to version 10.0.3, but we believe the root cause of that issue is different than the one that caused this duplication issue.
In this case, I've created this thread:
For those of you on this thread that have updated to 10.0.3. already, but are still experiencing duplication issues, please post on that thread. (I'll move your posts to this new thread @Cherice B @ej8899)
Let me know if you have any other questions!

Shane D.'s post in [Fixed in Version 10.0.2] Non-English language settings (iOS Settings) causing crashing or delayed startup was marked as the answer
Thank you for reaching out!
On your iPhone 12, did you start off on 10.0.1. and then update to 10.0.2.? Or, did you start off with 10.0.2.?
If you updated from 10.0.1. to 10.0.2., could you try uninstalling/reinstalling and see if the crashing issue still occurs?
Shane D.'s post in How to go back to Legacy Version was marked as the answer
I wanted to provide an update and clarify on this topic.
A limitation of the App Store makes it so that we cannot offer an older version of the app, so there is not a way to downgrade to a previous version at this time.
However, please continue to share the issues that you're encountering in the forums, and I will provide progress updates on the reported issues.
Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions.

My apologies about that, I accidentally moved the thread to the feature requests section. 😬

I've merged that feature request thread into this one, and will provide an update as soon as we have one.
Shane D.'s post in Errors/Issues with notes created via Share Sheet was marked as the answer
It looks like we had a few threads related to the same issue, so I've merged them all here in order to better enable us to quantify the number of users experiencing it.
We'll follow-up here once we have more information.

I've moved several posts to more appropriate locations as we want to make sure we're accurately capturing your bug reports and feedback. (Don't worry, they're not missing!)
Please let me know if you have any trouble finding your posts.
Moving forward, please try to add your comments/feedback to ongoing threads that are available, or start a new one if it's related to a specific topic.
Again, we want to make sure we're capturing all of your feedback, and we will use that information to help us prioritize our next steps.

Shane D.'s post in Lost Data With the new V10 App on Ipad and IPhone was marked as the answer
First, @rdj999 We’re very glad to hear @AgnesP was able to help you resolve the missing data issue through a support ticket!
For everyone else - in some cases, particularly for those with large accounts, it can take up to ~5 minutes for all notes to appear.
If you’re still noticing issues with missing notes or data after that period of time, please let us know!
Shane D.'s post in Sync Issues/Connectivity Issues [Especially if in Vietnam] was marked as the answer
As we know this can be frustrating for those affected, Evernote has implemented security features intended to prevent cyber attacks.
In some limited cases, these features may block users from accessing our service. We are working hard to prevent this from happening.
Please reach out to our support team, or myself directly, for assistance if you are being prevented from accessing our service.
Shane D.'s post in Restoring versions from note history - FIXED was marked as the answer
Thank you for reaching out!
We have confirmed the issue you have described, and are working to get it fixed as soon as we are able.
In the meantime, you can export the previous version from Evernote Web and then use the desktop app to import it.
I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any questions!
Shane D.'s post in emailed notes not appearing was marked as the answer
The email issue should now be resolved, and you should be able to email notes into your account.
Any emails that were sent while this issue was occurring should begin to show up in your Evernote Accounts.
However, if it still hasn't shown up and you need it immediately, please retry emailing the note and see if it now appears.
Please continue to let us know if you're encountering further issues!
Shane D.'s post in Evernote Salesforce Integration was marked as the answer
@Incloud Thank you for reaching out!
We are in the process of resolving this issue, but in the meantime, you can still download Evernote for Salesforce by going here:
You may see the warning, “You’re installing a Non-Salesforce Application that is not authorized for distribution as part of Salesforce’s AppExchange Partner Program”. Salesforce sends this warning for direct download apps, but it is safe to use.
Hopefully, this will help resolve the issue, but let me know if you have any questions!
Shane D.'s post in Limited sign ins? was marked as the answer
Hi everyone, I understand there's some confusion around the recent changes to the device limit/unsync screen. We recently updated how the unsyncing-from-the-device-limit screen works to discourage Evernote Basic customers from actively using it to circumvent the limit on devices that can be used for free. Historically, customers were allowed to use this screen to unsync devices whenever they wanted, effectively creating an “honor system.” Unfortunately, we’ve determined that a number of customers have been abusing this system. As a result, we’ve decided to implement a new limit of allowing Evernote Basic customers to unsync from the device limit screen only twice per month. For customers who consistently use more than two devices, we recommend upgrading to Evernote Premium. Not only does Premium allow you to use unlimited devices, it allows you to search within PDFs and attachments, create custom templates, and more. Customers who wish to remain with Evernote Basic should limit their use to two devices. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Shane D.'s post in Is Evernote ready for macOS Catalina? was marked as the answer
Thanks for reaching out!
Yes, Skitch should work for Catalina.
However, you may need to toggle/change a setting.
Please go to Security & Privacy> Screen Recording, and allow Skitch.
Let me know if the issue persists after doing this.
Shane D.'s post in connection issue behind corporate proxy was marked as the answer
Thanks for reaching out!
When Evernote attempts to connect to the Internet for syncing purposes, it uses the operating system's default browser Internet settings. The easiest way to check that these settings are configured properly is to visit the following two URLs using Internet explorer:
Evernote utilizes TCP ports 80 and 443 for connection to Evernote's web service, so both of these ports need to be accessible by the Evernote application. If you're unable to access either of the URLs mentioned above via web browser, it's unlikely the Evernote desktop application will be able to sync successfully.
If you're unable to sync at your office, it's possible that your employer's IT security policy is disallowing access to services like Evernote. If you're unsure, contact your company's IT department for clarification.
