FJVA 0 Posted October 14, 2020 Posted October 14, 2020 Hi, I engaged the update and followed the steps to backup my local notebooks to ENEX files prior to reimporting, but... The "Check local notebooks" tool throws an error when trying to export my only local notebook. I have tried exiting and trying to export again. Any way to recover this or make the tool actually carry out the exporting procedure? Thanks,
Level 5 Solution Shane D. 1,826 Posted October 14, 2020 Level 5 Solution Posted October 14, 2020 @FJVA Thanks for reaching out! Can you share a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? This will better enable me to diagnose the root cause of the issue.
FJVA 0 Posted October 15, 2020 Author Posted October 15, 2020 I had to use the notebook that was missing and finally had to rollback Evernote to 7.14 so I can no longer reproduce the error. I will wait for all the wrinkles in the export-import process to smooth out before moving forward to 10.X. Sorry for the inconvenience. Best regards., F.
DuPa 0 Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 Similar issue for me. Mac version. Two local notebooks indicated after upgrade. Error message when attempting to export notebooks individually. Success indicated when exporting the two notebooks together or at once. But, when attempting to import, the .enex file is no were to be found. Able to export numerous times to numerous locations but still no .enex file in any of the locations. Any suggestions?
