RetryError","timeout": Can't Login

After installing the new windows app, I can not log in. The app returns this message : {"name":"RetryError","timeout":30000,"message":"NetworkException: Fetch error {} "}

This problem only occurs at the windows app. I still can log in at android, ios, and web.

Please help, I really use evernote windows app a lot.

Hi - have you tried all the usual fixes?

• File > Exit Evernote and close / reopen the app; 
• as above but throw in a device restart before reopening;
• File > Exit and then uninstall / restart / reinstall
• Re-install the legacy version and use that where v10 isn't yet ready. Install an older version of Evernote
