  1. @trottsie @ldenning I've merged your thread into this one. Please see the announcement post referred to by @DTLow
  2. Hi There, Thanks for reaching out! I'm not sure what subscription level you are, but if you're Premium or Business, you can do this by doing the following: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005347-How-to-save-email-into-Evernote I'm not sure if you can do this via Tadoist, but hopefully somebody else here has a better idea if that's possible. Let me know if you have any questions!
  3. @yin rong From what you've described, it sounds as though you've logged into a new/different account. What device(s) are you using? Also, if possible, please try signing in using any other email addresses that you may own.
  4. Hi All, Starting with Apple’s upcoming release of Safari 13, many extensions will no longer be supported in their current form. Due to the nature of these changes, if you choose to update to Safari 13 it will affect your ability to use the Evernote Web Clipper extension until we are able to implement an update and publish it to the Mac App Store. Please note: 1. We are diligently working to update the Evernote Web Clipper to meet the new extension requirements for Safari 13. Until that time, users who upgrade their browser to Safari 13 will not be able to use the Evernote Web Clipper. 2. If you are not updating to macOS Catalina/Safari 13, you can continue to use the Evernote Web Clipper extension. 3. For a small number of Evernote Business users, it may be a few months before they are able to use Evernote Web Clipper in macOS Catalina/Safari 13. If you are one of the affected users, we will send you a separate email with more information. If you are affected by these changes, you can still clip/send content to Evernote by doing the following: Keep using your current version of Safari Use the Evernote Web Clipper on a different web browser Use our Gmail and Outlook email integrations Forward messages to your Evernote email address (Premium & Business only)
  5. @CroweBizlife Thanks for reaching out! I'm going to DM you to provide further information. Please feel free to reach out to me there.
  6. @malbright Thanks for reaching out! Please see the following information: Evernote for Mac has some local search tables in the app in addition to server delivered search results. Because of this, you may need to reindex your Evernote for Mac app if you're noticing inaccurate search results. In this case, do the following: Open Evernote on your Mac: Hold down the Option key on your keyboard and select Help from your Mac's menu bar. Select Troubleshooting > Recreate Full Text Search Index And then: Open Evernote on your Mac Hold down the option key on your keyboard and select Help from the Mac Menu Bar Select Troubleshooting > Recreate Spotlight Search Index After following the steps above, you won't have any kind of indicator or progress bar stating the index is on going or done, but normally after 20 minutes you can search and it should be working as expected. Let me know how this works for you, and if the issue persists!
  7. @Elise Armani This issue should not still be occurring. To clarify, what device and web browser are you using?

  9. @mynameisnotebody Your subscription level should not have an impact as any subscription level is allowed to setup two-step authentication. Please retry following the steps outlined here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314238-How-to-set-up-two-step-verification Let me know if you're still having problems, and feel free to reach out to me via direct message if you have any other trouble or any questions!
  10. @JustSomeUser Any notes that you successfully uploaded to the Evernote service when you were Premium, should still be accessible even if you now have a Basic subscription. If you are not seeing them when logging in now, it is very likely that you may be accessing a separate Evernote Account. Is it possible that you used a different email address for the 'Premium' account? If yes, I suggest trying those email addresses to login.
  11. @vlad@fasadeeksperten.no Thank you for reaching out, and I'm very sorry to hear about all of the trouble you've experienced! I've notified our team, and they will be reaching out very soon. Please feel free to reach out to me via direct message if you have any other questions, or don't hear from someone by the end of the day tomorrow.

  17. Hi All, Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm currently doing some further investigation on my end to get a better idea of exactly what's going on, and how best for us to proceed. @Shipping I went ahead and modified your comment that contained a link to the NSFW content. As you were simply trying to provide an example of the content, I do not consider it a violation of the code of conduct. Thank for your help in notifying us of this issue. I'll be following up soon once I have more information, but please let me know if you have any other questions!
  18. Hi All, Tags are one of the most popular and powerful ways to organize notes, but the way tags work varies depending on which version of Evernote you use. In this video, CEO Ian Small chats with Sahand, a product designer, about how tagging is becoming more consistent across devices. They walk through a redesigned tag management system for Android and iOS that makes it easier to see, use, and organize tags, and better matches the experience of the desktop app. Subscribe to our channel to follow the journey, and feel free to leave your feedback here!
