  1. @bit Thanks for reaching out! Can you elaborate a little bit on the issue you're encountering? You stated: To clarify, are you saying that your monthly quota reset as it should, correct? However, you're saying that even after your quota reset, your new quota was already used up and you still have unsynced notes, correct?
  2. @terryhatmaker @Egor T. @Powerfab@Zardoz Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, are you using the same Evernote Account/email address to login to Evernote that you used to sign-up for beta access? We enabled user access to the search beta features by specific Evernote Account/email address, so if you are using multiple Evernote Accounts this may be why you are not seeing the features. If you are still having trouble accessing the search beta, please reach out to me via DM and I will work to resolve the issue and get you access!
  3. If you have NOT installed macOS Catalina/Safari 13 We recommend that you update your extension now to ensure compatibility with macOS Catalina and recent/future versions of Safari.
  4. @Paul A. Thanks for reaching out! You recently wrote: There were only a certain number of accounts that were invited for this specific search beta, and it doesn't appear that the beta features are enabled for your account. That being said, please feel free to reach out to me via DM if you're interested in joining the beta!
  5. @nigebj Is it possible that you have multiple Evernote Accounts that use different email addresses? I ask, as we enabled the beta search features for a certain number of accounts, so we may have enabled it for one account but not for the other. If you do have two accounts, could you try using the other account and see if your access is available? Let me know if you have any other questions!
  6. Hi All, In one of the first episodes of Evernote Behind the Scenes, CEO Ian Small and senior designer Mariano discussed our plan to improve search in Evernote Web. At the time, it was just that: a plan. Now Ian checks in with May, a senior product manager at Evernote, to see how that plan has become a reality. They put a working version of Evernote’s improved, soon-to-be-released search through its paces, showing how it really is “more interactive, more meaningful, and ever more useful."

  10. Hey All, Thanks for reaching out! Yes, Skitch should work for Catalina. However, you may need to toggle/change a setting. Please go to Security & Privacy> Screen Recording, and allow Skitch. Let me know if the issue persists after doing this.
  11. Hi All, We wanted to provide some clarification regarding changes to how Dark Mode is handled for Evernote for iOS 13. If you’re still on iOS 12, you can enable Dark Mode via the in-app settings in the Evernote App for iOS. However, for Evernote on iOS 13, Dark Mode settings are only accessible via the iOS level system settings. To enable Dark Mode for Evernote for iOS 13, please see the following information below: When you enable dark mode on your iOS 13 device, Evernote will automatically switch to the dark color theme. To enable dark mode on your iOS device: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap Display & Brightness. 3. In the Appearance section, tap Dark. (Note: Switch to the Light appearance in your device’s settings to disable dark mode.) We’re still investigating ways to optimize Dark Mode in future updates, so please feel free to reach out via DM if you have any questions, or to start your own thread if you have any feedback! P.S. - Don't forget, you can add a Dark Mode toggle to your control center to more easily enable/disable Dark Mode theme: To do this on your iOS 13 device: Tap on Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls From the Customize Controls screen, tap on the “+” button next “Dark mode.” This will enable the dedicated dark mode toggle on your Control Center for easier access.

  17. UPDATE: This issue has been resolved! For the most current information, please see this: Hi All, With Apple’s release of iPadOS, you will experience temporary usability issues with Penultimate if you choose to update to iPadOS now. You will still have the ability to launch the app, but you will be unable to create and save drawings until a new version of Penultimate is released. We are working quickly to restore Penultimate’s functionality for iPadOS. Download the Evernote app on iPad to get similar functionality. You’ll be able to: Sketch directly on the screen using your finger or a stylus Select from different pen tips and highlighter colors Draw shapes and have them snap into place Work on detailed drawings by pinching to zoom in Save drawings as notes directly into your Evernote account If you have NOT updated to iPadOS, we recommend waiting until a new version of Penultimate is released. This will ensure you can continue using all the features of Penultimate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we appreciate your patience. We’ll let you know as soon as an updated version of Penultimate is available for you to install. Thank you, Evernote Team

  20. Hi All, Some of you reached out concerned about not being able to provide feedback for this issue. In general, we close replies on community announcements as they are meant to be informative, and not a location for ongoing discussion. In the past, when we've allowed commentary on announcements the conversations tend to get off topic quickly, and make it more difficult for users to easily find the information they're looking for. If you have feedback on this issue, please provide that here: As always, feel free to reach out to me via DM if you have any other questions!
  21. @taden Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your experience thus far, and will certainly relay your feedback to our teams. As for this comment: We close replies on community announcements as they are meant to be informative, and not a location for ongoing discussion. In the past, when we've allowed commentary on announcements the conversations tend to get off topic quickly, and make it more difficult for users to easily find the information they're looking for. However, you are certainly more than welcome to share your feedback by creating a new thread. We're trying to centralize user feedback/commentary on this issue here so we can better track it, so I'm going to merge the relevant user commentary into this thread: I hope this helps to clarify, and feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!
  22. @jstncwlcx Thank you for reaching out, and for sharing your feedback. Feel free to reach to out to me if you have any other questions, and keep an eye on that thread as I will provide further updates there about the Safari clipper issue as soon as they are available.
