  1. Hi. Sadly it's not possible to do exactly what you need within Evernote, and there's no obvious incentive for the company to spend time and effort making it possible without their being a substantial market for the feature. However. If you're keeping your articles as separate notes it would be easy to tag them 'scheduled' or 'sent' as appropriate, and either change tags as and when necessary or search for and move newly-retagged notes from one notebook to another. I didn't look at your examples here because third-party document files aren't things that I open. Images here are much safer...
  2. Hi. When you update a note on your iPhone, you're just changing the information on that device. The 'phone needs to sync that to the server, and your laptop needs to sync to pick up the latest version before you can see the changes. Are you allowing enough time for both devices to sync?
  3. ?? Unless you have submitted a ticket as above, they're not going to answer here (although there might be a response to @PinkElephant reporting the issue.) If you paid Google then it makes sense to check that Google had no issues. They are the ones who (should) have your money and can confirm how and when it went to Evernote.
  4. If that's a Support ticket reference, please quote it here and we can ask a Forum Admin to take a look and see what's going on. Otherwise... https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/135456-how-to-submit-a-ticket-for-a-billingpayment-issue/
  5. ...what PE said... though if you're not wedded to actual stylus input there are other options like Rocketbook - a reusable handwritten notebook that uploads content to a variety of cloud services including Evernote and Dropbox. https://getrocketbook.co.uk/ Or go old school with actual paper and pen* - to be scanned later by the Evernote camera. Oxford Notes, for example... https://www.my-oxford.com/gb-en/revolution * The only genuine infinite battery life solution...
  6. Hi. What's your device, OS and Evernote version, and how are you selecting the file to export?
  7. Sign out of the app, restart your device and sign back in. If Evernote received your payment, you're already upgraded.
  8. ...Another vote for @PinkElephant's solution because it sounds as though you're trying to download the update through the app itself. If you uninstall completely and download the update, then reinstall the current version you should get around whatever is causing the issue.
  9. Absolutely what the Elephant said... plus - most third-party apps have their own encryption. It's also possible to password-protect an attachment file so it's unreadable to anyone other than the author and any intended audience.
  10. Hi. This is a (mostly) user-supported forum so we don't have any direct input on development, but Evernote do have a Linux version is private beta. You might like to join that and provide them with some direct feedback... Evernote for Linux
  11. ..is run by a third party company with no other connection to Evernote than that they do forums. No coherence required.
  12. Er, not quite... The 'parent' copy of all notes is stored on the server and, regardless of your account type, will be backed up there on a regular basis. Subscribers can access the Note History and see that note at any stage regardless of where and how it was created, back to its inception. Free users have the option of becoming subscribers to be able to access that history which has been active on their account, but not accessible without a subscription. Mobiles occasionally lose content because of connection issues, but if data does not get to Evernote it cannot be backed up there.
  13. Hi. Subscribers have access to Note History which can scroll you note back to the very first version created and forward through every synced change after that. Use note history to view older versions of a note
  14. Hi. It seems unlikely that you could have been using Evernote for 34 months+ without syncing once. If you ever looked at your notes on a different device, you would surely have noticed that some data was missing. You haven't mentioned which versions of Evernote you've been using, but it was within the last couple of years that Evernote transitioned to v10, and in some circumstances, notes created in one version may not be visible in the other version. It's also possible that you have two accounts and are currently looking at the wrong one... main recommendation would be: contact Support (which isn't us) if you're a subscriber. If you're not a subscriber and these notes are important, it may be worthwhile to become a subscriber - even if only for a couple of months - to get access. While you wait for a reaction from them, log out of your account, and then very carefully log back in with whatever user ID you believe is your correct one. Give it a while - 30 minutes or so - before you start browsing for notes so that the new installation can get your new phone up to speed.
  15. ...but not ALL. I have 300+ notebooks, 57K notes and ZERO duplications (touch wood, so far) and I can only suggest that you contact Support for assistance. Your experience and logs will help them investigate what causes these issues for some users. Work, Evernote have already said, is in hand to improve the sync experience but that's not something that can be fixed overnight... https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/142459-will-sync-ever-work-properly/?do=findComment&comment=659392
  16. Hi. Have you tried uninstalling the app / restarting your device / re-downloading and installing? (Make sure all your notes are synced first)
  17. Hi. We're not Evernote - mainly other users here - but there don't seem to be any current issues with logging in. Have you tried restarting your device / reinstalling Evernote from Evernote.com?
  18. Hi. What device are you using, what's the OS and Evernote version, and exactly what process do you follow for taking a photo? If you're using the standard Android process of adding a photo note (forinstance), you should be able to choose what sort of image will be saved - document, picture or business card...
  19. ...And to follow up on my previous comment, I just noticed that the website still claims - ...so I wonder if the fact that you saw no filters just means you didn't create any...
  20. If you're on a free version - probably not. If you're a subscriber trying to use features outside your payment level - definitely not. If you're already on Professional - try logging out / restarting your device(s).
  21. Not sure - I've tried to duplicate a notebook name in previous versions, and got a 'name already in use' error which allowed me to make a different choice there and then. Getting a new notebook123456 name means I get the point - but then I have to go rename things as a separate action...
