How Can I open a ticket if I can't login in .. rest password says my account is inactive and if I try to reactivate it says my email address is not assoicated

All I’m unable to login. Forgot password and rest I get the email but then it redirects to invalid i try to reactivate my account but it says no email assigned. I’ve been a long time Evernote user and subscriber. I have a ticket open for 24 hours please assist Ticket# 3714488
