  1. BS seem pretty professional - I'm sure they'd give at least 30 days' warning.
  2. You seem to be clicking in the left panel - try going to the Notebooks page and right click from there? Don't know if this will help...Export notes and notebooks as ENEX or HTML - but do export one notebook at a time, otherwise you'll have one pot of all your notes when they're re-imported. Export doesn't preserve the notebook structure.
  3. A right-click opens the extended menu, but a left-click (or two) should be all you need to open the app... ??
  4. Did someone say my name... That "version too old"notice may be prompted by either version of your database. Both Legacy and v10 keep their own (separate!) copies in your local storage. If you can get into v10 and sign out, opting NOT to keep a copy of your data locally, that will resolve one issue. The Legacy database should be at /Users/<youraccount>/Library/Application Support/Evernote and you may be able to 'hide' that in some way. (I'm not a Mac user so you're on your own there.) But if you then reinstall Evernote Legacy the server should rebuild your local database. That takes time, so beverages and books may be indicated It is also possible that Evernote have made some changes to your online database that will torpedo all the above, but there should be no harm in trying - that why you 'hide' rather than delete the old database files. Good luck if you decide to try - and please let us know how you get on...
  5. When you say 'crash' what exactly happens? Rolling arrow? White Screen? Frozen app? Maybe this is a device limit issue. -And yes I know you only have two devices connected to Evernote, but do they know that? Understanding the device limit
  6. I have an old version of ScanSnap Manager set up to scan to folder, but there are several options of scan to different files types and destinations. It's possible that if you haven't looked at those settings for a while, that software is no longer set up correctly. It's worth a check.
  7. Hmmn. Has the link changed from evernote:/// to an http:/ version?
  8. Hi. Known bug I think - if you click the link again it should work a second time.
  9. How were those notes created? If you import notes from a folder, they can sometimes be imported more than once... Evernote support is at https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - not sure what you'll get from the one you mention...
  10. Hi. Is it possible that you were accidentally logged into a different account yesterday? We often see users here panicking because their account is 'empty'. - It's too easy to inadvertently create a new blank account. But if you did that and didn't notice... It doesn't help to find the notes though... I can only suggest you try Support - see @EvernoteHelps on Twitter.
  11. Hi. An internet search will help - here's a very comprehensive list I found earlier... (Caveat: I haven't tried any of these links)
  12. If you can identify the notes affected, try exporting them to ENEX in two batches. One will process, one will not. Split the unsuccessful one in half... rince and repeat until you identify the corrupted file(s).
  13. AFAIK at the moment - yes. What's your device / OS / Evernote version, and how are you connecting to the network? WiFi / phone / wired?
  14. @KeithN - Hi: sounds like a 'clean' install may be called for. Sign out of Evernote choosing NOT to save your data on the local device Use Revo Uninstaller Free to completely remove Evernote and all it's support files from your system. Power your device off and on Re-download Evernote and reinstall Sign back in with your usual ID Choose a beverage while the server re-creates the database. (This may take a while...)
  15. This is a mainly user-supported forum. Try contacting Support. Since it's now much easier to create links between notes, I'm using a "table of contents" note with one image in an 'Index' notebook linked to one or more other child notes in a library. View the Index notebook and you see only the image you chose to include. Choose one note to see it's linked child(ren). Evernote's new owners have only been around for 6 months and have been fixing speed and reliability. Image choices may be on their radar at some time in the future, but until then there's only work-arounds...
  16. @flyer1003: Hi - were you using the installed app or the browser version when editing the note? Can't suggest much to help I'm afraid - if most of the note was created in one session and that's missing, it sounds like the content never made it to Evernote. I do suggest you contact Support - maybe they can help with the content, or at least find a way to ensure this doesn't happen again...
  17. Hi. Since updates happen roughly every couple of weeks and usually involve a polite "would you like to update now or later?", you appear to have a local issue, maybe a corrupted install. What is your device, OS and Evernote version? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
  18. Hi. Everyone had a substantial increase to deal with this year. We're mainly other customers in the Forums, so we feel your pain - but can't do anything about it. If you're looking for an explanation or a refund, you'd be better contacting Support.
  19. Sounds like a plan - although I'd keep the beer handy too...
  20. Try the three dots menu in the top right corner of your post. As your 'other' post didn't have any replies yet I deleted it anyway. Please don't double post - there are only so many of us here looking at all new queries.
