Evernote just shows a copy of the original event which is not editable. Change the original.

As far as the 1st line team are concerned, the issue is 'closed' when it's passed off to a different team. It keeps their stats clear and helps prioritise open tickets, but I agree a 'pending' status would be better if they're waiting for external feedback from the 2nd string or from the user.

Easy work around for the time being - as has been suggested before, include the parent tag and the child tag(s) in a tag name - as in: Parent1_Childtag1 / Parent1_Childtag2 / Parent1_Childtag3. (No help at all, I appreciate, if you already have a complete tag structure.)

AFAIK so far, Calendar has only been able to show events from your Google Calendar. It hasn't (that I recall) ever been possible to set up an event there. Could you be confusing this with setting up Tasks or reminders? (Which can both have due dates...) I tend to create an event in Evernote and then add the note link to a Google entry so all my details are in Evernote, with just a title and link in Google. Other calendars are following but the timing is unknown.

A little research tells me - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500003792141-Tasks-Overview that the Tasks window contains some useful options, and Advanced Search Syntax is also good. Plus - contains:taskNotCompleted, or contains:taskCompleted - are some useful magic words...

You should still be able to get to your notes by signing in to Evernote.com, which is almost as good as the installed version - and you could try signing out of your current version and uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller Free, then power off/ on and reinstall.

No. It's now 2 years (or more) since 6.25 was confirmed as discontinued, unsupported and generally not a good idea.

This is how the world works. Sign out means you need to sign in again to get access. You don't then need to quit anything. Quit closes the app but you are still signed in. Or you could simply lock your computer...

Any idea if there are common factors with previous times? Long sessions / lots of changes, or long sessions but mainly viewing or lots of short new notes? It's odd that anything just 'disappears' - it should be recoverable from somewhere...

Are you using 'sign out' or 'quit' to close the app?

Hi. Have you checked your account in another client (via Desktop or the web) to see if the parent copy of your account on the server has been affected? The notes may exist there.
