  1. I had signed up for Evernote over a year ago while at another company. I was just automatically charged by Evernote and I have not used it for over a year. I don't have that work email any longer and cannot seem to find a way to get in touch with someone to help me cancel and get a refund for something I don't and haven't used. The website is terrible, no numbers, chat doesn't help, I can't submit a ticket.

      Hi.  You have found a way...  try https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account" - that's via Support who are likely understaffed because it's the year-end / holidays,  and overworked because of that and recent changes to the app.  It's going to take a while to get a response,  but I'd be confident you will get your payment back.  (I'm just another user,  not an employee!)
