  1. Hi. I'm trying to move a lot of notes from a Galaxy S6 Edge to a Galaxy S7 Edge. I have the app on my S7, but the notes didn't transfer. I've tried syncing through my computer, but it only shows notes from 2013. There must be some way to transfer all these notes from one phone to another. Would you help me? I don't have great technical skills, so step-by-step is probably the best way for me. I'm sorry for having to ask. Thanks for helping me.

Hi.  If these notes are all in Evernote,  then that should be pretty much automatic - sync your S6 Edge with Evernote's server,  then exit the app.  Open Evernote on your S7 and sync again,  and you should have easy access.  Bear in mind that actual notes aren't downloaded to your phone - just an index so you can search for the content you need.  Search for the content of your most recent notes and they should be there.  If you're having problems with that,  take a look at Evernote on a laptop/ desktop - go to Evernote.com in your browser and look for your notes.  You'll be seeing the server copy of your account; so if the notes aren't there,  the S6 is having a problem uploading them.  If the notes are there,  then the S7 is having a problem with downloads.  And always make sure you're using the correct login details in each case - your normal user name and password.  Hope that helps - let me know if it doesn't.  :)
