I cannot believe that I still cannot change the font size or color while I can do all sorts of superfluous things like Strikethough and Shading. Somebody fix this!
Hello @johnvn,
Thank you for posting, and I would like to help with this. I will PM you directly with further instructions so that we can work to recover the content.
@ninjagecko,
Thank you for posting. This is something we are currently looking into. Please feel free to submit a support request and we will be able to help.
Thanks!
Hello @Dave.Robinson16@Gmail.com,
We are currently in the process of correcting this, and will likely be fixed within the next few updates. The development team is continuing to expand and correct issues found within the note editor. I will keep you posted when this fix will be completed.
Hello @Mcplums,
I would recommend submitted a support ticket to us by clicking the link in my signature. This way we can look at what could be causing this. In the meantime, what is the version number of the Evernote application you are using?
Hey @Dave-in-Decatur,
Thank you for keeping me posted and I am sorry for the troubles you ran into while trying to submit a ticket. PM me if you need anything and would be glad to help.
Hey @NicCrockett,
If you could please submit a support request to us and we will take a further look into this, as this is definitely not by design after some further testing.
Hey @wusunspurs,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the forums. In order to try and see if we can locate the note, please check the following:
Trash notebook
Conflicting notes
Evernote Website
If the note doesn't appear in any of those places, please reach out to our support team by creating a ticket (URL found in my signature).
@Kaushiknfs,
Thanks for suggesting this app. I will check it out as well to see how it plays with Evernote, since StickyText hasn't been updated in over a year.
Hello @Emy 1337,
I went ahead and pulled up the account and see that you have referred quite a few email addresses, but only one of them fully went through the process. I have gone ahead and credited your Evernote account with 10 Evernote Points and you should be able to redeem it at www.evernote.com/points
Please let me know if you have any further questions or PM me directly.
Hello @NicCrockett,
Another option would be to use the Google Drive integration we have with Evernote, that will allow you to attach your Google Drive (Docs/Sheets/Pages) documents as links inside of your note. These wouldn't take up space on your device through Evernote either, so this would be a good alternative.
@dfscott,
I can definitely see where that could come in handy similar to the "Smart Stay" feature. I will be moving this over to the feedback/feature request section of the Android forum so that others can vote on it to be included in Evernote.
Hello @dfscott,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the forums. When you are editing the note, it is by design that the screen not be turned off based on the screen timeout settings. This was put in place so that you can read over what was in your note without having to worry about the screen timing out of having to put in your PIN again. Keeping you productive while using Evernote on Android.
