  1. Hi Floid, Jason here. I manage our technical support team. The Mac specialist on our technical support team is going to reach out to you by email within the hour. If you have the time, we'd like to schedule a call so we can see exactly what you're seeing. That will help us gather information for the product team and find a way to get rid of these delays for you. We'll be in touch!
  2. Hi all, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We don't have a solution right now but we are looking into this.
  3. Thanks for letting us know. It always helps to know what businesses are looking for so we can continue to improve in that direction. If you ever want to reach out to our Evernote Business sales team to chat about specific features and compatibility you can reach them at https://evernote.com/business/contact-us/
  4. You can add a shortcut to a specific note by following these steps: 1. Open the note 2. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner to open the overflow menu 3. Tap on 'Add to home screen' and that 1x1 shortcut should appear on your home screen.
  5. Nice catch! I see how the numbering isn't corrected immediately after the line is deleted but it is corrected after saving the note. I've reported this to the team so they can investigate. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
  6. Hi gazumped - It's a great feature request. The Android team is definitely aware of the limited storage concern.
  7. Thank you for the suggestions. Here is some clarification on how we currently handle data storage on Android. Data from your Evernote account is stored on your Android device’s internal memory. For performance and security reasons Evernote does not store data or note contents on any external storage devices such as SD cards. As of Evernote for Android version 7.0.5 any data found to be stored externally is automatically moved to internal memory. Here is our knowledge base article on the topic: https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23168602
  8. You can move from one note to the next note by pressing Ctrl + Right arrow. Each note will be displayed as it's own presentation.
  9. Hi Dutchman, I see that you followed the steps in the knowledge base article and then contacted HTC support. I've gone ahead and merged your post with our main topic on HTC notes. In some cases HTC notes customers have been looking for their notes in wrong Evernote account not knowing that they had accidentally created a second Evernote account. Once we got them into the correct Evernote account their HTC notes were available. If there is any chance that you may have multiple Evernote accounts you could try signing in to evernote.com with any other email address you have used. If the notes aren't in another Evernote account then we would have to defer to HTC to provide you with a solution for retrieving your content from the HTC notes app.
  10. Thanks for letting us know. The Evernote Business offer shouldn't be showing up continually. We are looking into this one. You may also see educational tips that we surface to explain certain features. These can be turned off in the app settings. To turn them off tap on Settings > Tutorials > Turn off educational tips
  11. Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This happens when the last line of the note is a link. I want you to know it's on our list. Be sure to keep updating so you always have the latest fixes. Best,Jason
  12. Hi Craig, We've created a knowledge base article to guide you through this at https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/91208787 If it still isn't working please send us a support ticket and we'll investigate. Best, Jason
  13. This Samsung tablet crash issue is now fixed with the update to version 7.1.4. Thank you for the support tickets.
  14. I'm glad to hear the recent fix has you up and running. Thanks for your patience while we worked on it.
  15. Thank you for the feedback and support ticket Candice. We are looking into this one.
